In order of what eve NEEDs most:
Gallente balance. (1/4 of eve needs this)
super cap rework. (Need balancing along with travel system and tackling in general.)
Faction war rework.
New turrets. (cus they look freaking awesome)
New nebula. (cus i am bored of the current ones).
So that is the 5 things EVE's next expansion should address. If any 1 in charge had the slightest clue.
Do not forget we are confirmed as getting a new ship in the winter expansion (the tornado). |

Just consider that the "ooh! Shiny!" stuff is written by a different group to the "pew! pew! Lazors!" stuff, which is written by a different group to the "when you blow up this structure, X happens to sov/occupancy" stuff.
Rebalancing ships (drones/rails, super carriers, assault ships) is different work to prettifying EVE (nebulas, engine trails, cyno awesomeness effect).

So looking at that I have only one clear concern, and it's remarkably un-game-changing: New [OLD FFS] cyno-graphics and engine-trails #1 the rest is either too vague to agree on... 4th bonus for assault frigs HOW T3 Frigates WHY????????? (p sure these would kill solo frig pew pew) Gallente Balancing (so contested as to its relevance as to be inappropriate at this time) The rest is just too bad to comment further on. |

I'm not terribly concerned with Gallente balancing (look at how f***ed the Rokh's fitting/speed/dronebay is), but I am in favor of a hybrid weapons rebalance (blasters AND rails). |

To be fair, you really should of added in some PVE stuff. I'm not a fan of it, but I'm pretty certain that if you added things like Mining updates or Auto generated mission content that it would likely be on top of the list.
For myself I'd say.. ( in no particular order)

(assuming you mean PVP as is FPS other wise no because I'm not interested in space barbie dolls or sims in space)

(I'm mixed on this because most people assume "blaster fix" where I think blaster work as intended. ie Ranis, Eyno, Comet even the Cal Harpy, but the mid range ships are too slow to make use of them effectively and lack the grid to fit them with proper tanks.) |
