Recently I read that Sony was under attack by an unknown group who has hacked millions of their gamer's accounts and are threatening to release sensitive information if their demands are not met.

You sit there in your station drinking your tea and eating your meal before your mission or listening to your favorite music while you mine and drum your thumb on the console and think that such an attack will not occupy in your system or upon your corporation. But you are wrong. This unknown group's intent is on attacking every major gaming corporation across the verse. They have started with the largest corporation first in order to make all of the smaller corporation's yield to them once the Sony Corporation has been broken. Once broken the smaller corporation's will fall like paper doll's in the winds of a fire. You sit there laughing and lauding but this is a real attack.

And I know for certain that capsuleer's are not paper doll's ARE YOU!

But we cannot and will not yield to them! Their attacks are meant to take away what you enjoy doing the most and that is being here! As of today 0030 hours Operation White Whale has begun.

CEO's find within your corporation those member's whose online tracking skills are the best. Send out your scouts and collect any and all information about Sony being attacked. Have your tracker's then put together pattern's of attack's and location's from which the attack's probably occurred. Once these location's have been discovered send in your best hacker's to shut these Raider groups down.

By combining forces to deter this attack New Eden might be able to repulse the onslaught that is sure to come here in New Eden once Sony has been destroyed.

Propoganda Attacks: CEO's send out your propaganda agent's into as many systems that you can to spread the word that New Eden is going to resist against the Raider's and that when they are found they will be brought down and brought to justice.

For the Indy Capsuleer's do your best to assist in propoganda and information gathering and get it back to a CEO as soon as possible.

It's time to defend the New Eden frontier from this very real menace that is beginning to spread like a disease throught the verse. A disease that if left unchecked will find it's way into New Eden like the tentacle's of the Leviathon that crushed the wooden hull of our ancient sailing brother's and sister's.

The Carebears of the Sony Corporation do not have any defenses, so we must be their shield and sword. We must be swift and harsh unpon this uknown enemy to make them aware that we as New Eden Capsuleer's WILL NOT TOLERATE attacks on them.

For a first line of defense in protection for your scouts I suggest the GoTrusted Secure Tunnel program to cloak your movement's when gathering information and seeding your propoganda.

CEO's take charge of your corporation's and carry out the plan of the day.

Let's show these unknown Raider's that New Eden will not deal with such attacks on the innocent.

Report: Hackers plan third attack on SonyBy Wilson Rothman
Hackers are planning a third "major" attack on Sony websites, according to a Cnet report. The allegation comes from an observer in a chat channel used by hackers, who saw discussion of a plan to launch an attack this weekend. The witness relayed the info to the tech news site.

The hackers allegedly already have access to some of Sony's servers, and plan to go public with the personal information they find in their attack. It is not clear from the report whether or not these hackers are part of the Anonymous group. Whoever they are, it is not likely that they're acting as part of the group, as Anonymous has stated it was not involved in the recent attacks on PlayStation Network and Sony Online Entertainment servers.
