My Background:
Tom Gerard is a novice marketing character, holding a basic business mogul certification.

My Prediction:
Summer heat will fill the ranks of EVE online, and while many a pilot will be traveling the route of the combat player, new industrialists are sure to follow.

I predict that low-end ore and T1 manufacturing will be taking a significant drop in value as fresh industrialists seek to get their feet wet.

My Advice:
If your a veteran player, start to consider options beyond T1 production, if your a new player strongly consider production of the Griffin, it has seen a reccent resurgence in popularity with "throw away" gangs, and doesn't suffer from the market surplus that has drives down rifter prices.

Thanks for reading, I hope your marketing goes as well as mine!

Disclaimer:
Tom Gerard has earned a 11.6m ISK profit since June 2010 by producing Griffins.

Posting in a Tom Gerard thread.

Also, reporting! rather unlikely of me to, but you don't bother to at least make the trolling amusing.

0/10

My Background: epic

My Prediction:
Summer heat will cut the ranks of EVE online, while many a pilot will be traveling the route to the beach, some drowning accidents are sure to follow.

I predict that there will be decreased demand of everything except for floating devices and beverage.

My Advice:
If your a veteran player, go out and get some sun, if your a new player strongly consider doing the tutorials missions and then go out and do the same.

Thanks for reading, I hope your marketing goes as well as mine!

Never shy about sharing my opinion, my medium term market predictions.
  • PI commodities will continue to tank.

  • Isotopes will see strong price growth.

  • Minerals will see selective price growth.

The Alliance tournament will give a boost to

  • The Faction ammo.

  • The very best faction, officer and tight-fit favourite mods

  • Faction Cruisers

  • T3 ships

The AT will cause secondary copy-cat effect for Faction and T3 ships.

I predict more manipulations which will scuttle most predictions.

I think last year (or 2009?) somebody made a very nice post detailing how he monopolized the market for high-quality pirate faction ammo in the lead up to the alliance tournament (supply is extremely low, price is always high, demand is extremely weak outside of AT).

Faction and officer modules are not allowed IIRC.
Faction ammo has a large market already, but yes the very best kind will sell.

Faction ammo has a market yes, but HIGH QUALITY faction ammo doesnt or atleat not a strong one domination projectile ammo for instance its just way to costly for anything outside a competition.
