Hi, I have just finished training my Abaddon to a full T2 boat and I am looking for a new ship to train for.
I am looking for a ship that will be fun to use in missions as well as a bit of PvP.

The ships that I am interested in training for next at the moment are:
- Legion
- Paladin
- Archon ( I plan on training this at some point anyway )

Which of these ships do you think would be the best to train for?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ( only Amarr ships please )

If you are doing Amarr missions, the Paladin is the best choice at the moment. The Legion is nice and all, versatile but can't even compare to the Paladin in mission running speed.

As for PvP, personally I would use neither. That's mainly because I can't justify the price tag on them, not do I like being perma jammed on the Paladin.

Train carrier for personal logistics and join 0.0 alliance.

Also consider training to logistic:
You'll need most skills anyway for carrier and a logipilot is also nice to have for WH and Incursions

Cool, thanks for the info, I will look into the logistics and maybe find a cheaper PvP ship ;)

Legion for a PvP focus. You may not PvP much in the Legion itself, but the other T2 cruisers you can fly with Cruiser V (Guardian, Zealot, Curse) will certainly give you a lot of PvP life.

Paladin if you have a definite PvE focus. Definitely a ship purpose built for PvE in mind.

The Carrier if you plan on living in 0.0 to haul your junk from place to place.

Oh, I forgot about the nightmare, I would not mind training the Caldari? skills that I need for it, its supposed to be a great ship, looks cool also.

Legion is a crap boat, shouldnt be on anybody's wish list.
If youre looking for PvE in high sec, paladin is a great boat as long as you stay in amarr space. 1100 dps isnt that hard to get with it on long ranges. But ofcourse it isnt much of a pvp ship.

Train Archon for PvP Logistics Hotdroppits and as a bonus you can run non gated Lvl 5 missions on it. Problem solved.
