Actually, you have just proved that you're full of **** - private item exchange contracts only cost 10k isk, but public item exchange contracts also require brokers fees and sales tax.

Back under your bridge please

And you're even more full of it, you do know the majority of faction mods can't even go on the market?

Jeeze, young trolls theses days..

You are such a moron it beggars belief. Where on God's ****ting earth did I say anything about trading faction modules on the market? You made the highly erroneous claim that contract trading costs virtually nothing, I rebuttled it, and finally you countered my valid point with a load of nonsense about the market?

Please, biomass your character or DIAF (ingame) (the latter would be preferable).

Lot of stupid in this thread.

Yeah, salvaging isn't as good ISK as blitzing but who cares? It's not that much worse and it's each players' decision how they spend their time so get over it. Anyway, salvaging makes for a nice change of pace to break the tedium of mission grinding, making the game a little more fun (or less unfun as the case may be).

When I get a salvager in my mission I release all the wrecks and tell them to have at it.

A lot of stupid indeed. If it makes almost as much as blitzing its not ruined, obviously.

No, scavenging was/is still ruined. Nobody does it anymore because of kill rights which came about because of highsec miners crying.

1) Don't mission in a popular high sec hub.
2) Bring along a friend to salvage.
3) Salvage while shooting.
4) Shoot your wrecks.

This is how I would prioritize them, personally, both as a mish runner and part-time ninja salvager. The other option mentioned, warping out to dump aggro on the ninja can also serve as a deterrent, depending on what sort of wrecks there are to be had.

Back in the days before the Noctis, I used to use a Hurricane to salvage. More to the point, I used to use 2 Hurricanes. One was a standard salvage fit, while the other was almost pure pvp, with the addition of 1 salvager. The two ships just happened to have the same name. Unfortunately, nobody took me up on the offer.

I abandon all my wrecks, and complete the mission while they are busy looting.

Even though I have a dedicated salvager account (ORE 5, salvaging 5, salvaging implant), I often don't bother salvaging anyways.
