They're in development, you could see them at fanfest. It's likely they'll be in the next release, as far as I can tell they were ready to go (along with other accessories).
I'm also expecting that they'll be the first round of microtransaction items. |

Im pretty sure CCP said we will be able to recustomize our characters(other than basic bone structure) for free when this hits tq. Although I can't rule out hearing this in my dreams while I was sleeping. |

You are wrong, they are already on Sisi for testing and most likely they will come to TQ with the patch scheduled for the 5. April. |

Not a microtans, they are free which you knew if you watched the fanfest stream or were there. |
