In "edit bookmark" and "new bookmark" window add one more password text box: "starbase password". It culd be separated as "advanced option" or something, so newbies don't see making bookmarks as overly complicated, or it culd be enebled in options.
Now, if someone enters text there, than using this bookmark (warp or approach) does one thing just before warp - changes starbase password in current ship (unless its alreday the same).
It wuld be VERY useful with bookmarks to jump bridges and POSes. Everyone using JB network wuld no longer be forced to enter JB password manually on every jump.
Also, someone culd copy bookmarks to just one/some of his POSes or JBs to all allies when needed and distribute those bookmarks as items. The password itself wuld still be kept secret, even with hundreds of people actually using it.

I can see the use of such a change, and all the advantages. Definitely a good idea.
As the devil's advocate however, I'm going to add some cons to it:
1) Information storage. Right now, a bookmark(voucher) already takes up quite a bit of talking with the server, having the server do stuff. Aka create lag. Adding this to the bookmark will only increase this load.
2) Bookmarks in your places menu are stored locally, so if you add a password to this, unless it's encrypted in the local storage, with a one-way encryption method, it wouldn't be all that secret.
3) Another con of this, is that if you keep a password secret like this, proliferating the bookmark with the encrypted password around so everyone that needs it, has it, takes time. meaning logistics will have a problem if you change it, and not everyone that needs it, has it.
4) as spies would have access to the password bookmark as well, they could send it on to their home alliance, and you'd be in the same boat. the only difference is that the password can't be accidently blurbd across an unsecure eve channel or a voic channel.
