Don't let the zero-sec hegemony sink Eve.

Vote against the Null-Sec plan to take over the CSM.

What constitutes a "vote for nullsec", exactly?

Proof positive that intelligence and alcohol combine to form a null-set.

i have been to the future and i can confirm that the large null sec alliances hold all the seats on the 11/12 CSM.

Fortunately CCP still changed jump bridges which lead to an armed sige during the csm session immediately following this change. Details were sketchy but i understand the large fish tank took a stray bullet which emptied it into the offices thus leading to a freak drowning incident involving several csm members.

So, what is this about?

NC running for CSM and asking their members to blob NC vote buttons?

or

CSM meets CCP, CCP puts in earplugs?

So you're saying that those of us who want the NC and allies to control the CSM shouldn't have our voices heard?

I mean, heaven forbid we put null friendly into power to try and solve null's problems.

Just for those who have not figured out this thread: Northern coalition has a large number of candidates up for election in the CSM. They want a controlling interest there becasue of what happened in the last CSM meeting. There was a suggestion of removing jump bridges and no one on the CSM objected. This made it look like no one was reperesenting the interests of null sec, and NC decided that needs to change. So their plan is to pack the CSM with their members.

I think null needs to be represented, but so does all other areas of the game, and all play styles. Sure those who live in null should have a say on what goes on there, but so should those who want to live there, and those who want to live in low, or high. Having one segment of the game be the only one represented is counter-productive, and can even lead CCP to trashing the entire concept of a CSM.

All I hear from both sides is "NO U!". it reminds me of American politics.

That last part was not a compliment.

And this from a corp who's credo in EVE is to **** all over everything?

The whole nullsec representation thing is more about ESTABLISHED null sec wanting to make sure they stay established and unbreakable. Hooray for stagnation, right?

No, it's more about not letting a group of people like the current CSM advocating for sweeping changes to nullsec when they don't even live there. When CCP brings up a ******ed idea like removing jump bridges and not a single person on the current CSM questions it then something has to be done. Thankfully The Mittani and others are willing to put in the effort and should be supported.

Someone needs a history lesson, goons have been putting people on CSM for years, and they have never abused it. I honestly think people elected to CSM by large null sec entities will do the job at least as well as anyone else.

Wow, this topic again?

Null-sec is the game CCP endorses and promotes (including botting/RMT). Whining about getting high-sec dwellers and carebears on the Council is just padding it with token voices in the meetings.

There are only 2 groups of players in 0.0 that depend on their JB networks for logistics & support to such a degree that they would not function without it. One of these groups live in the drone regions, the other one in the area between geminate & fountain. Both groups being megacoalitions.

I've had alts in smaller groups living in Curse & Venal and both of these smaller groups did well enough just with JFs and carriers.

When going through the usual forum drivel you will notice that the only groups of players who seem to be advocating for extensive JB networks are those fielding 1k+ fleet during CTAs and keeping 0.0 stagnant.

If you don't like the way the NC plays the game then don't play it like they do. Nobody is forcing you to use jump bridges if you have a problem with them.
