Just got back into EVE and I feel a little lost. I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a good article on skills. Such as which ones are must haves, etc.

When I fired up EVEMon, the only skills in my planner were learning skills, and now those don't even exist lol. I am 3 skills away from flying a fully fitted Raven for lvl 4 Missions, and that's where I remember leaving off at. But now I need to figure out what to do/learn beyond those 3 skills.
