Off the top of my head,
- Cruel Intentions, after the failcascade of tri mk1, was headed up by XxAngelxX, and later merged into PL after the conclusion of their mutual fountain campaign.
- Minor Threat. Which was led by Rydis, not sure what happened with this one, save that the ex-Smash crew got bitters and formed brick squad as a grief alliance against them, some dude got banned for revealing personal details about rydis (I think?) and lots of drama unrelated to this.
That should cover the main ones that weren't/aren't pets/renters/unknown carebears.

I had the pleasure of starting out in The Interstellar Fountry (TIFA) who was lead by Mara Angharad. (an IRL female with a blackbelt in karate so don't mess with her) Eventually the executor corp (Metalworks) decided to disband the alliance and join Magesta but Mara is still an excellent leader. |

Yeah, I have been working with Mara for 5 years in Metalworks, she is one of the leading PvPers in the corp and still finds the time to be MTW's CEO. Got 400+ active members under her and it is always funny for someone to hear her voice for the first time and hesitate before asking. "Are you a girl?" and Mara's reply is "I better be mate! I don't have a e-peen, I have e-boobs."
