I like how they even editted in the errata into people's quotes claiming he's wrong. So now they're the ones who look wrong. Played. |

And silently edited posts of people who quoted you... In a previous life did you doctor photos so officials who got "lost" in the Lubianka basement didn't appear anymore on them? This is disgusting, but then you belong to an outlet with a long history of censorship and revisionism. Keep up the good work, the party first secretary is bound to notice your achievements eventually, you may make it from lowly censor to full fledged political commissar. |

So if im getting this right, you get a 30day timer to kill someone if you have kill rights on them, but only extends to the ship there in at the time... so what happens if the ship there in at the time is actually there Pod? Would you still get concorded, or could you get away whit it? |

If they're in a pod then you no can shoot. If the person is of the negative 5.0 or lower status, such as a pirate, you can pod them. However kill rights do not apply to a pod. The podding, and it will be a red flashy pod, is solely based on their sec status unless you are at war with them in high sec. In low anyone can be podded but you incur a sec status hit unless the pod is -5.0 or lower. In 0.0 anything goes with no sec hit. |

Usually people use Third Reich analogies when ranting in an overblown and hysterical fashion about some petty slight or mistake. I congratulate you, sir, for breaking with the crowd and bringing a little more historical literacy into the often banal and derivative genre of 'CCP is as bad as X' posts. You're still a moron, though. |

Has this been changed very recently? I'm pretty sure the killright remains until you actually kill them.

And now I will write it using the English language so people can understand: Kill rights give the grieved player (The Victim) the right to engage the griefer (The Offender) at any time or location regardless of system security level, without intervention from Concord or Sentry Guns. Kill rights are valid for a period of 30 days or until the griefers ship is destroyed, which ever comes first. Once the griefers ship has been destroyed once, the kill rights are used up and reset. Kill rights do not allow or effect podding in any way. |
