Would it have been so hard to make a confirmation box telling the user that clicking save would make them use the highlighted image.
And would it have been so hard to just render all 4 images and let us switch between them from time to time?
I think not

Well, I miss my half-head hair, my tattoos, and my piercings...
...but all in all, the character editor was not so bad...made my video card fan wail like a banshee though

I just finished 4 portraits and clicked the save. i didnt even notice there was a highlight~XD
I thought there will be 4 portraits for every character.~AAAA |

I would agree, but many of us got it right first time.
So no, you should just be more patient and more aware of what you're clicking and what's on screen.
Could it have been designed slightly better? Sure. Is it CCP's fault you didn't notice the features to notify you that are already in place? No, that's your own fault. |

You know, with the exception of the hair color (dang, that's too bright even for white), it's not an ugly avatar at all. Still, you can ask for a do-over in a petition. I imagine CCP is really busy right now with those types of requests..... |

If your character portrait got messed up, you can petition it under "Billing & Account" -> "Character portrait swaps" (This from the help channel chat....) |

I love this man. So very true. The amount of people I've met who are click spamming addicts is infinite. This whole situation kind of reminds me when people blame the government for their own failures in life. There's some references I could make here but don't feel like a long winded post atm. |

New Character Creator by default selects the last screenshot of the character, instead of selected one. Keep this in mind when creating your new portrait!
