For immediate release to all registered capsuleers:

My name is Jenlura Taron, and though I am an officer of the Republic Navy, this transmission is not being sent on its behalf.

We have received vital evidence that a massive deployment of Sansha's Nation forces is underway, starting immediately. Furthermore, we have intercepted tactical streams that would indicate the existence of at least one previously unknown vessel.

Along with this data, we discovered a cryptic message embedded within the original transmission. It reads as follows:

"We are not equal; cut us twice and we are."

Normally we wouldn't care about a single line of Sansha doublespeak, but this riddle appeared in a section pertaining to shield frequencies, damage control circuits, and self-destruct mechanisms. We need to know what it means and we need to know now.

There was one last piece of information in the message: 22:00

While my superiors are not going to like what I've done, dispersing this information among the capsuleer community, I personally feel that New Eden can use all the help it can get.
