If you read through the rules of the forum you should see that you shouldn't ask in a forum post why you were banned and expect an answer. I suggest you take this to petition.
However, CCP don't need your permission or agreement to ban you for something they deem wrong. Unless you can come up with some completely unfallable argument as to the complete accident of what got you banned with photo proof you'll probably get the response along the lines of "You podded someone, were reported and this was varified shortly before your ban from the test server". |

GMs on TQ won't answer to petitions concerning Sisi - and there is no one answering Sisi petitions at all. It's just a testserver, after all. That's pretty much the gist of it. CCP does check the logs (which happen to show certain stuff on Sisi) before banning someone. Just check your own kill tab on sisi. Or check the forum where someone complained about you podding him on sisi blaming your actual Sisi char. You could ask for unbanning here: Test server: Requests for account reactivation and unbanning. CCP will most probably not do it, though. It should be some 60 days ban on first offence, so just deal with it. |

I very positive Fird wouldn't pod anyone. He's a gentleman in the ffa's. Anyone who fought and won or lost to him would tell you the same. |

I'll find out why tomorrow. Combat log may hold the answer. |

I logged into sisi and what did I find? No evidence of podding in combat logs. Me thinks somebody is bit ban-happy. |

I am banned - Logged on Sisi Something don't compute here. Are you sure you haven't received some kind of phishing attempt instead of a genuine CCP mail? |

I thought it may have been an error or phishing attempt until I attempted to login and was denied. The notification said I was banned until the 13th. Lee, there was proof of your wrongdoing so thats probably why you have a longer sentence. I'm thinking it was one of the sisi regulars with a bh/ccp/isd alt that just got butthurt. |

So in other words, you didn't log in and found no evidence of podding? |

They do give 3 day bans, they last a little beyond 3 days really, not sure if it's 3 downtimes or what but I got back in after the 4th or 5th day. Was too awesome at pointing out how ******ed bug hunters are with the markets, you see... |

No Tippia, I wasn't able to login earlier due to the ban. When I finally could login, I saw no podkills on my combat log.

I "love" the lack of comments by CCP. I'm usually not one to beat a dead horse, but I want to know why I was banned. If I really did pod someone, show me proof. If it was just a mistake, admit it. I'm not asking for much. |

Yep like other posters said. kill this thread and file a petition about being banned. By posting here you wont get a reply from CCP and if they really want to be mean they can ban you for posting this issue here. Chances are it is a temp ban because you podded someone without asking for permission in the test server. Despite the fact that pvp is a lot more affordable on the test server, you need to ask permission from the other player to pvp with him / her / it. Otherwise you can actually get permabaned from the test server. That is probably where your problem lies. It is all in the FAQ's |

You obviously didn't read the whole post. There is no evidence of podding. It's not something to make a petition about. Inform yourself before you troll please. |

You not having evidence does not equal CCP not having evidence. And their word does weigh more than yours. Why would CCP ban someone from the testserver without proof? There is no reason for them to do so. Sure, giving more information to the perpetrator might be good, but in most cases he knows already (and so should you). If CCP has verified someone broke the rules, any more work than banning him is actually wasted. If you REALLY feel your ban is unjustified and only due to peronal dislike by a dev/bughunter, contact CCP internal affairs: [email protected]. Although I doubt they will care about a Sisi ban. |

I am asking for the proof you say is there. According to your logic, someone has proof. Show me. |
