I was in Mad today and saw a guy from some alliance called Snatch Victory aggress an Obelisk. The Obe slowly made it back to gate and jumped. However, these guys from Snatch Victory had him hemmed in and he died on the other side. I later found Snatch's killboard, which I cannot link - thanks CCP - and the thing was worth a hell of a lot of isk - 17bil. I bet the carebear drowned himself in tears. |

Man I hope it isn't one of our alts because this guy sounds like an idiot. Sooooo yeah actually it probably is one of our "special" members (that is all of them).
It was a nice kill, no we didn't get all the loot, we got about 25% (WTS tempest BPO), 50% was snatched but vultures, and 25% was ganked in the wreck, also funny.
The guy appeared confused, so I'm not sure what was up with it, wasn't angry though.Also, look at this crazy writing I found somewhere, it totally isn't a link.

Apparently the guy flying the obelisk had hacked the account and was moving loot to sell.
He was unaware that the account holders corp was wardecc'd by Snatch.
Overall he (the account holder) lost about 30 billion Isk, but CCP in their largesse, credited him 1Billion Isk to cover losses.

If this is true, then why does ccp only reimburse 1 bil? Looks to me that if they give him his isk back, it wont cost them a thing right? One click on a button and its done i would think!  |

Probably because their logs show that all the "BPOs" were really BPCs, and worthless at that.
