On my regular show on SI Radio (DJ Cyclometh at, I played "Pandemic Phone" for the listeners, and it was pointed out to me that there are a number of other Noir.-created parody tracks, including the "True Heroes Of EVE" series, but that not many knew about them all. Since we have kind of put these out on a haphazard basis- that basis being mostly when me and the rest can be arsed to put one together- they're not collected in any one place.

Until now!

I give you the entire Noir. Catalogue of parodies. This thread will be updated as we add new ones to the list. You can hear how we've progressed from the early days of recording on a cheap USB mic standing next to the computer to now, with new gear, new techniques and new understanding of how to properly record something. :D There's other goodies we're working on that will be even better!

Enjoy, and thanks for listening- I hope you get a kick out of them.

The True Heroes of EVE - All Written by Jimer Lins, performed by Jimer Lins and housemate Chris (who does not play EVE but loves to hear about how much people like the True Heroes segments).

First 3 were like... I have no clou what they are about... But nevertheless well made. Very Happy

Clik Lok was very good at start (awesome voice, by the way), but to the end i had the feeling that the singer got frustrated finishing the thing to the end.

I can imagine he did these lines over and over again. Some stuff is in a loop, and those things repeat very often in the end, giving the whole thing a monothone touch. Do it with a smile next time. That works wonders.

Good Lyrics, good voice, work on the mood, thats the last bit missing to make it great. In my opinion.

Mmm + Pandemic Phone. Great work. Start to finish.

And happy new year! Very Happy

Glad everyone's enjoying it. Clik Lok was done via a Skype recording, then mixed by Erichk Knaar, another Noir. pilot. Most of the others were done by myself.
