The prophecy (BC) gets slower in warp, and turns around slower then a Battleship. For a cruiser this is totally unacceptable.
They should at least match the battleships, and because they are cruisers they should be a bit faster too.
I dont know how it is with the other Battlecruisers, but this is from my experience, and from fellow pvpers.
Its a awesome and powerfull ship, though its slow on every speed issue. |

Its the best battlecruiser out there. It doesnt need to be better, if you want something faster and a bit more agile, try a cyclone or a brutix (or a ferox, i guess). Then go back to the prophecy when you realize how much those ships suck in comparison. |

TBH its a chunk of ungly junk and will be my mining ship till i finish mining barge skills. The retribution out does it in evry way and looks positivly frosty while doing it.
Indeed it turns like a cow and moves like a snail who just had a novocain enema.

It's just a big maller, nothing more really. That said, it can do anything a maller can do, better, and that's quite alot of things. And yes, it outperforms other BCs purely gank-to-tank wise.
Go for a HAC, any HAC, if you want something DIFFERENT. Hell, even an AF is way more fun. |

As said i have not tried the other BC yet, and i might even never do, but the prophecy is just a real slow ass. Give it the agility and stuff from a battleship, then i will be very happy. |

I spend most of my time doing kill missions, for which the prophecy is very well suited. Strangely though, I have not really spent enough time in it yet to really say whether it's great or not.
Why haven't I ? Because my geddon is faster and more agile, so does pretty much anything the prophecy can do better.
Saying that, I've thought for a long time that the difference in speed and agility between cruisers and bs is too low.

exactly my point. And with current prices they are like expensive as BS are (take current price + insurance + isk not covered by insurance). I have no doubt the prophecy is ownage (went into 1 fleet battle, came out with 8 killmails), but it should be more agile etc. In short, it should act like a cruiser, not like an indy (however indies get faster to warp as well  ) |

Have to say much as i wub my Ferox ...... my granny could turn / align for warp faster , and is slow to warp , i guess there prolly all like that .
( have to admit im starting to eye the Prophecy as maybe my next ship ) |

I thought it's just my lousy skills that make the Ferox lag behind battleships and stuff but reading the thread it begins to look like it might actually be the "feature" of the battlecruisers? If so then it makes no sense... :x |
