I am in posession of a Class 3 WH with a high sec static exit. No "effects" exist within system. Twenty
anomalies currently exist in the system.

Furthermore this is the sale of a business worth 3b net profit a week (operational expenses of 10 POS, 13b,
and 1hr per week) - complete with contacts, profit calculating spreadsheets, pos fueling spreadsheets,
freighter, carrier, faction pos's.... and more.

This sale will be brokered through a known 3rd party, if Chribba is available and willing he will be used.

Contract For Sale from the winning bidder will be accepted for 500m which allows you to investigate my claims, but not the location of the WH. The 500m will be included in the price of your bid should you accept, but is NOT refundable. (also handled through third party)
