Their Core Rounter is affected that should be noticed immediatly by the network monitoring center and Severity 1 ticket should have been created within 30 minutes of the first alert. Have you manged to call them and see whats going on? That circuit can affect a LOT of things.

yep this is still occurring for me. Would really appreciate some CCP feedback here.

Even if it was just to tell us what we should all be looking for, or doing.

Theres no use ringing optus and saying 'Hey I play this game... and since their last patch I get really choppy gameplay and random disconnects, its a possible packetloss issue but I dont know'. Theyll ask if I have my computer plugged in and turned on. Then theyll tell me its not their problem.

Beyond a joke now. Simply cannot play eve.

Edit: Just put in a petition. If you havent already, I suggest you do the same.

Yeah I just lost a covert ops in null sec to this. Loaded it and got a freeze. Unfortunately logged off at a belt and I think NPC's had their way with me. Havent' been able to log in to check eve mail.

I'm getting a constant 2% PL from eve server. Still 10-15% from that other one.

I'm also using Bahnhof, Sweden and its quite unplayable, random DC pretty much all the time.
Pingplotter seems to like the connection though. I don't know how to read packet loss but ping times are fine at 38ms average.

Same problem, "Bahnhof" isp. Works fine via "net1" wireless isp. Will call bahnhof tomorrow. I hope all other affected players on bahnhof will do the same.

I have same problem. I'm in Korea and many of my buddies living in Korea are experiencing the same huge lag....

Docking, undocking take almost over 1 minutes. It wasn't like this before patching.

Had to cancel my war dec over this. Pointless when you can't even undock or jump through a gate.

Several hours before downtime its starts to get bad, after dt is completely unplayable. Right now its working perfectly fine.

I think its unlikely that its a Assange thing. We have people from Korea, Australia (me and lots others) and people from Sweden experiencing these problems.

The ISP's that seem to be affected are Optus (australia), Bahhof (Sweden) and people in Korea.

Doesn't seem that there could be any relevent connection to Assange based on that.

Incursion is an absolute fail as a patch. As soon as I loaded up the Client I noticed everything was taking about 10-20 seconds longer than usual. Throw in about 3 DC's in the first hour of playing and I am officialy miffedExclamation The game was fine CCP. I was enjoying low-sec. Now I literally can't run a level 4 mission because the lag puts my armor at 1/4 before I even realize I need to turn a rep on.

All I saw in the patch notes was "We defeated lag with a shiny bright sword made of special lag killing steel.Cool Ha ha prepare for a lag free eve."

The only positive thing I have to say about EVE is the salvaging ship. Which btw just made ninja salvagers all over the world pee themselves. Twisted Evil

I am another Australian player with Optus DSL connection having the exact same issues.

From midday onwards the game gets laggier and drops become more frequent. From 4pm onwards the game is unplayable laggy and full of disconnects, roaming, ratting and pretty much anything cannot be done.

I've un-installed the optional patch but that hasn't resolved anything. I've logged a petition and have tried the suggested steps in it to no effect.

Any information to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated, as this seems to be quite game breaking.

I also got this problem, i also got massive module lag.

The thing is that it happened after the patch, the isp havent changed anything...

Started for me after patch too. Its pretty much okay in the daytime, as it gets towards downtime it seems to get really bad.

Very unscientific data though.
That's basically what I experience. For some reason it's worse just before and after DT.

If it was one ISP in one country I think we could blame the ISP. Since its multiple and different ISP's in different countries, in different regions of the world I'm guessing that they all just started using something at the same time after the recent patch or something in the patch is causing an issue with something these ISP's were already using prior to the patch.

I'm leaning towards the latter.

Yeah it seems to be worse at peak os times
after DT I can hardly gate jump or undock, 2:00am nps at all...
