I know I am not the first to decode the message, but I confirm the data is accurate from my own analysis below:

-----------------------------------
FORCES AT ANTEM ARE IN COMMAND OF ESTABLISHING THE ARRAY.

ONCE ALL THREE UPLINKS ARE ESTABLISHED AND EMBEDDED WITHIN THE NETWORK CODE WE WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK ALL CONCORD FLEET MOVEMENTS ACROSS MONALAZ. UPLINKS WILL TAKE ONLY A FEW MOMENTS. FULL EMBED ESTIMATED BEFORE 4 MONTHS.

20:00 TO 20:15 HEAVENBOUND UPLINK IMYA
20:15 TO 20:30 NAKRI UPLINK ANYED
20:30 TO 21:`0 ASTUR UPLINK ANTEM

A 1!

Fleet interface systems had a catastrophic failure, led to chaos!

I believe there needs to be an investigation to at least rule out tampering...

Pilots, keep your heads up. This won't be the last trick Nation tries and we'll be able to better organize next time.

I've been working these past few days with some old friends at the FIO. After today, it dawned on all of us that more work needs to be done disseminating crucial information acquired from CONCORD's network captures. The better we understand Nation's plans, the more we can prepare for them.

We'll pierce the veil of obscurity soon enough. Expect another report once we've broken everything down into something understandable.

With all due respect, Mr. Balenne, the information had been fully distributed. Nation was successful today because of CONCORD's compromised state.

The only FACT that ANYONE needs to understand is that the INCURSION was successful because YOU, Soter, disregarded information. The Uplinks were on the ground and were established DESPITE the Carriers being destroyed. Had the uplinks continued to be destroyed on the ground, as they were in Antem V, then destroying the fleets would have mattered.

OH, and no amount of banning people from your Public Chat Channel is going to change that reality..

Maybe, next time, instead of being a jerk, you'll actually listen to what others say.

All data present prior to the incursion stated quite clearly... if a commander falls, the incursion would fail.

during the cut and thrust of mass combat, it is not always possible to change tactics directly.

i should perhaps also point out that all ground forces were ALREADY DEPLOYED, prior to the incursions.

changing the standing orders of so many, while also arranging transport to the areas in which the uplinks were being built, would have terminally compromised ground efforts.

at least one uplink was destroyed on the ground, yet this only delayed nation forces, destruction of commander in one of the combat zones also merely delayed them.

Kuvakei seemed willing to throw his entire nation at the cluster to get this particular event completed...

throwing blame about does not solve anything.

J Soter has been co-ordinating fleets and orbital defence forces for some time.
Others working within, or alongside FCORD and SYNE have worked together to help with sub-orbital defences.

it seems those who are detracting from Mr Soter's good work believe that he is personally responsible for the actions of every capsuleer that arrives to defend against nation and it's assaults, that Mr Soter, and he alone, makes the choices about where should be defended and by what... That Mr Soter is in command of every member of every armed force in the system(s) that are being defended.

How short sighted are you people? Perhaps Julianus Soter could have done some things better in his time as commander, perhaps if he had done things better a different outcome could have been the result...

did you stop to consider that there were hundreds of capsuleers there, and hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of troops, that had been sent, by various capsuleers and organisations??

did you stop to consider that each of these capsuleers and organisations would have a slightly different view as to the best course of action?

and did you stop to consider that the only way, once Fleet-TACNET was offline that people could relay commands was via the neocom networks.... that most on the ground, WOULD NOT BE LINKED TO???

By all reports that do not seem to be spouting bile, or offering marriage, ALL fleet commanders who were present during this incursion did an astounding job, working together even while severely weakened by sansha inteference of TACNET, to attempt to stop the incursions, and the creation of these Uplink Arrays.

now for the query...

according to intel, there could be up to 4 months before the uplinks come properly online, why the delay? has Kuvakei released some kind of AI into the CONCORD networks leaving it to work everything out, which could take up to 4 months... or do the uplinks themselves need to be active for up to 4 months before the nation mainframe and the slaves attached to it can crack CONCORD codes and gain access to the data he requires?

if the former, destroying the uplinks would possibly delay transmission of aquired data until either, new uplinks are created, or the AI has been quarrantined & Destroyed/Repurposed.

if the latter, destruction of the uplinks would end nation attempts to further nullify CONCORD from their operational areas.

Thirdly, if the uplinks can be captured and repurposed, well... disinformation is such a useful tool.

Clearly, you don't understand. Soter had nothing to do with the ground forces being deployed. Soter denied that they would be needed and focused entirely on fleet operations and nothing on the ground forces. It was only through the acts of others that there were ANY ground forces to defend Antem V.

You are very misinformed on the situation.

Mr. Thagriin - Instead of spouting off and proving to everyone how ignorant you are of the situation, you should get more informed.

1) The only person who I have found fault with is Mr. Soter. Why? Because, instead of admitting that he shouldn't have ignored some of the intelligence available and that was put before him, he choose to start finger points at others on the uplinks being completed. In fact, he's gone so far as to blame CONCORD for it when he has no proof other than his wild speculations.

2) When I reported back to my CEO, I specifically gave high praise to Dinger and Grideris for the amazing job they did with the FCORD fleet. I'd gladly fly for them anytime because they showed that they had a clue as to what they were doing.

3) Instead of making up crap, you should stick to what people actually said. I, for one, did not hold Mr. Soter accountable for anyone's actions other than his own.

Nation interference was documented within fleet command during these incursions.

During that time FLEET COMMAND WENT OFFLINE

now, if you knew anything about combat operations, TACNET is linked directly into fleet command. without the TACNET available, GROUND COMMANDERS COULD NOT RECIEVE UPDATED ORDERS..

you claim that it was Mr Soter's fault that TACNET could not be updated when it was offline...

if you believe i am making such things up, perhaps you should pay more attention.

((as for precident for the insinuation that TACNET would go offline when fleet command did, during the elder invasion, Sarum destroyed the lead titan at one of the invasion sites, taking fleet command offline. at the same moment, all troops on the ground lost TACNET, as it went down. before the incursions there were hints that sansha would interfere with one or more of the electrical/computerised systems within the fleet, during the incursions... they did, the specific systems they targetted i am reliably informed by many who were there, were the fleet command systems. working with available data, the best conclusion is that even if J.Soter had listened, and tried to relay orders to the ground commanders, the orders would have failed... yes it is opinion, but it is my character's opinion, backed up by fact and precident... hmm, sorry about the length of the ooc bit.. my bad))
