There are 14 days left until the learning skills are removed and points are redistributed.
Instant Recall (Rank 1) : SP: 256,000 > takes 5 days to train to max level.
Amarr Battleship (Rank 8) : SP: 362,039 > takes 40-ish days to training to max level.
If my math is not flawed, this means I can train 10 days (2 learning skills rank 1 to max level) and redistribute points to a rank 8 skill to max it (and still have 100k points left). This means it saves me 30 days.
Am I wrong or what? |

You are wrong. A Rank 8 skill at lvl V requires 8 times as much SP as a rank 1 skill, 2,048,000 SP. Your 362,039 SP is Battleship lvl IV, not lvl V. |

You can however train a learning skills that depends on you two highest attributes, get max learning speed for 2 weeks, and then transfer those SP to skills that do not match your highest attributes at the give back. |
