In future bonds all of this information will be found at the T-I-F Website: Tundra Investment Fund

2 - Business Plan
This bond will include the creation of a trading corporation. Myself (James Tundra), my alternative personality(William Tundra), and a dear friend of mine will be the first three members of this corporation. Investors will have no rights to this corporation, and will have no say about the daily operations or the recruitment of new members. The money from this bond will be allocated as such,
James Tundra -- $4,500,000,000.00 ISK
Kozlak -- $500,000,000.00 ISK
Kozlak is new to the game; I will be teaching him how to trade, and will be covering any loses incurred from him trading. Kozlak represents zero risk to the investor. He will have limited access to the coporate wallet, and no access to my wallet, or my assets.

Back to business,
The investment offered here is incredibly similar to previous investments in that I will use market voodoo (Along with rice dolls of the scammers of eve’s past) to generate profits.. The ISK generated from this offering is similar to previous offerings, and thus the TIF will utilize its funds in a similar manner. The operations of this bond will be performed in 3 major steps, Market Research, Market Trading, and Liquidation.

The first aspect of any TIF's launch is Market Research. The market research takes approximately 3-4 days, and it's purpose is to essentially identifies items which, in the short and long term, will generate the most profit. Research includes the majority of the player driven market (No NPC goods), from T2 goods to Minerals and ore. Research includes finding high margin items with decent volume to ensure decent turnover. During this phase of research the fund dabbles in a larger number of opportunities for smaller amounts of ISK.

The second phase in a TIF bond launch is Market Trading. Market Trading includes using the knowledge and information gathered during the research phase, and putting it to use. During this phase the high margin, high volume investments receive larger portions of isk, and the items invested in are rotated in and out of trading to ensure against margin deterioration. Items rotated include Implants, Minerals, Modules (T2), Ore, and Ships (T1, T2).

The third and final step of a TIF bond launch is liquidation. This normally occurs at the end of the third week of trading. New investments are limited to items with decent margin, and very high volume to ensure quick turnaround. During this phase, the vast majority of buy and sell orders are cleared, and ISK remains liquid until the closing of the bond.

Corrected date from 14th to 15th for Monday auction start
For future offerings, almost all of the information in this reply will be located at the Tundra Investment Fund website. Tundra Investment Fund

3 - TIF Assets
The following assets are owned by the Tundra Investment Fund:
Asset -- -- --Value
Occator -- -- 75,000,000.00 isk
Iteron V -- --5,000,000.00 isk

4 - Disclosure of Risks
Two major identifiable risks of this offering are defaulting and scamming. A minor risk involves delayed dividend and interest payments because of the lack of liquid ISK. The risk of defaulting is relatively small because of my personal wealth equaling about half of the bond, while this would take some time to liquidate, I could easily cover any major loss from the fund. Also, given enough time, I'm confident that any loss of ISK can quickly be replaced via an increase in trading activity and market research. The risk of loss of goods through hauling is negated through the use of courier contracts. Courier contracts are a cheap effective way of moving goods and streamlining the trading process.

To provide additional security, I will be disclosing all of my characters within EVE, as well as past affiliations.

My Characters:
James Tundra -- Main
William Tundra -- Trader Alt

Corporations:
TMPI -- Current Corporation (From 5/18/2009 To Early 2010)
Shadow Cadre -- Previous Corporation (From 4/26/2009 To 5/18/2009)
Apellon -- Previous Corporation (From 2/14/2009 To 4/26/2009)

Affiliations:
Ji Sama -- CEO of TMPI
Efrim Black -- CEO of Apellon
Drake Draconis -- CEO of Shadow Cadre

5 - Liquidation
As previously stated in the business plan, all orders and assets which have been purchased by the TIF for trading will be liquidated after the third week of trading. Once enough isk is liquid to perform a complete buyback of the bonds plus interest, a buyback will be performed at 100% of initial share value plus interest. During buyback, every investor will receive two ISK transfers, the first for the amount of the bond, and the second for the interest rate.

Note: As manager of this bond offering I reserve the right to initiate a forced buyback as much as one week before the closing date of this bond, if this were to happen all interest obligations will be met. The only difference would be the closing transactions being performed early.

Added Disclaimer, Note, and Auction Ledger on bottom of post

8 - Collateral
This bond is a high risk investment. This bond is backed by zero collateral for a couple of reasons. The assets of the Tundra Investment Fund are vital to its operations, the funds assets are equal to roughly seven pennies worth of different hauling ships which are used frequently to move goods. Secondly, the Tundra Investment Fund is a trading fund with little manufacturing capabilities, this rules out both BPOs and POSs. The only form of collateral that could be offered would be in the form of ISK, and as discussed previously, using ISK as collateral is incredibly counter-productive to the goal of this fund. This fund is built upon liquidity, and being able to make quick decisions to yield high profits, using ISK as collateral or going through a broker of sorts for transactions would halt this fund in its tracks.

Disclaimer: The James Tundra investment fund reserves the right to obtain a maximum of 15B ISK of capital without starting a bondholder/investor vote.
If the James Tundra Investment Fund acquires additional funds during the bond, ALL investors will be notified of the details and the amounts before finalization of any deal.

Corrected Shareholder to Bondholder
The TIF will not obtain any more non-bond capital past 15B without 100% bondholder and investor approval.

These are current T-I-F Private Investors:
Vaerah Vahrokha -- 500m ISK
Emmgel -- 5,000m ISK
Azerath -- 4,500m ISK

These individuals have NOTHING to do with the bond offering.

5 billion deal reached with OP. Offer of 2.5 billion at 10% shown above is correspondingly withdrawn and should be disregarded accordingly.

Posting from a newly created trading ult.

In order to clear up confusion I will clarify the situation with Vaerah and Emmgel.

The Tundra Investment Fund is looking to raise a total of 15b in capital over the next few days.

Kozlak and I have decided to get this capital from two sources.
The first, is from a 5B ISK Public Bond Offering (This Thread).
The second, is from 10B ISK from private investors (Unrelated to the bond auction).

Bidding in this thread puts you down for a slice of the 5B ISK Public Bond pie.

The reason why the private investors are posting in the bond thread is so that EVERYONE bidding is well aware of how much capital T-I-F is raising.

If we chose to go down this route for the next bond offer, we will be sure to make it significantly more clear as to what is going on.

The ledger's template looks like this:
Quote:

Outbid Bids
% -- Amount -- Name
12% -- 2,500m -- Investor 1
12% -- 2,500m -- Investor 2

Current Bids
% -- Amount -- Name
11.5% -- 1,000m (2,000m) -- Investor 3
11% -- 1000m (1000m) -- Investor 4
11% -- 2500m (2500m) -- Investor 5

The way the auction works is that players try to underbid each other on interest rates. Players who have been underbid to the point that they will receive no bonds, are moved to the, "Outbid bids" table.
The current bids table is for players who have bid low enough that they will get bonds if the auction ended at that moment. Under the, "Amount" field of the, "Current Bids" table, there are two numbers. The second number is in parenthesis, and the first number is normal. The number in parenthesis is the players original bid. The number outside of the parenthesis is the amount of bonds the player would get if the auction ended that instant.

The interest rate is determined once the auction closes, there will be a list of winning bids
Quote:

Winning Bids
% -- Amount -- Name
5.5% -- 1,000m (1,000m) -- Investor 12
5% -- 1500m (1500m) -- Investor 16
3% -- 2500m (2500m) -- Investor 25

The winning bid with the highest interest rate determines the interest rate for the auction. In that case, it will be 5.5% interest.
