I am planning to use this for solo pvp. I like the vexor and I like the idea of this set up. However, I'm not sure what ammo to use, TII or some faction ammo?
I couldn't squeeze the 200mm rails on so I did the 150s.

4x Dual 150mm railgun
1x 50W Infectious Power System Malfunction

1x 10mn Micro Warp Drive II
1x Large Sheild Extender II
J5 Protoype Warp Disruptor I

2xOverdrive Injecter II
1x Nanofiber Internal Structure II
1x Damage Control Unit II

Rigs
Thinking maybe shield rigs, not sure.

Drones
5x Hammerhead II
5x Warrior II

Looking for tips, thoughts, and or suggestions.

Even if your target is in optimal range those dual 150s won't have good tracking or DPS.

Try this...

[Highs]
Heavy Electron Blaster II (Caldari Navy Antimatter)
Heavy Electron Blaster II (Caldari Navy Antimatter)
Heavy Electron Blaster II (Caldari Navy Antimatter)
Heavy Electron Blaster II (Caldari Navy Antimatter)
[empty]

[Mids]
10MN MicroWarpDrive II
Warp Disruptor II
Stasis Webbifier II

[Lows]
Damage Control Unit II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
1600mm Rolled Tungsten Plates I

[Rigs]
Medium Ancillary Current Router I
Medium Trimark Armor Pump I
Medium Trimark Armor Pump I

[Drones]
5x Warrior II
3x Ogre II

(this is all coming from memory so I might have a few "details" of this fit wrong)

Notes: This is a variation of the normal 1600 plate Vexor (3x trimarks, small guns and/or small neuts in the highs) that I usually fly (something my corpmates came up with while they were bored). It packs a little more punch over then "standard" 1600 version however you lose out on some utility (i.e. Neuts) that might come in handy against certain ships.
The one downside with this fit is that, obviously, it's slow... so you do run the risk of being kited.

Other things to consider: You can swap out the 3x Ogres and replace them with 5x Hammerheads and 5x EC-300 drones ("just in case" Wink) or go for a more "ganky" fit using an 800 plate, a Magnetic Field Stabilizer, and Heavy Ion blasters.

Seconded, can't go wrong with the 1600mm/blaster Vexor. Drones to taste and you are good to go.

3 Ogre II is not the best DPS for 75m3.
2x Ogre II,2x HH II, Hob II is the best dps combo. Now getting those Ogre II's to apply their theoretical DPS ta a target is another thing ......

I've seen many of the 1600mm fits for the vexor, and although I may try it at some point I'm more interested in a faster version, regardless of if there may be a better ship for this role. I may try a squeeze some 200mm on.

the nano vexor with dual 150s isnt that bad at all really, i dont think id take a plated ship with better dps over a fast ranged one if thats what the situation needed.

A BC will kill a plated vexor in no time at all, and while it could kill the shield setup even faster at least you have a far greater chance of escaping such a fight.

Well I will certainly be messing around with the vexor a great deal. I am also considering trying out some medium blasters and was wondering if it's possible to hit well with them sitting in falloff? Or are autocannons just better for that?

Yeah AC probably would be better for that, or railguns :P

GL with your vexor tho
