Does anyone know what they meant?
Have you noticed any visual improvement in sisi so far?

Is that visuals like explosion effets or is it more linked to the nebula and space arts?

Its probably just marketing speak for the new LCO's and Sansha assets.

Interests though this expansion - is 'interactive' and 'cooperative' the new PVE mandate?

they've tweaked a few other minor effects such as sun/thruster occlusion and clipping, added FSAA (finally) and a few textures appear to have been cleaned up.

That's all i've noticed for the moment other than the new sansha models/textures.

I finally want new combat effects. Also i cant believe that the new explosion is final. I hope there will come some variation in explosion effects for different ship classes and really big and long explosions for bigger ships that stay there for several seconds...

I agree that they need to fix the backgrounds of systems, a lot of them look like a bad JPEG image from the 90s.

I think they figgered since the projectile buff everyone would be flying minnie ships, which are continually leaking atmosphere, particles and other junk out into space... Laughing

You didn't know?
Eve takes place in water,
explaining why we have top speeds.

Also while the new explosions are nice.
Bring back the following (in order of importance)
1) Trails
2) Cyno jump effects
3) The old cloaking effect.(preferably updated so cloaking wipes from front to back, and decloaking wipes from front to back, this would increase the plausibility of gate cloaks significantly.)

No it wouldnt since 80% of the eve players doesnt have dx11

…and randomly generating them would make them even less sensible than the current one.

Give us a proper space geography instead.

Actually Lu top speeds are also found in space since space isnt empty and particles do generate drag resistance especially with speeds closer to the lightspeed barrier. Being struck by a single hydrogen particle at those speeds would make quite a nice bang.

Also, antialiasing looks like it now has official support, time will tell if it makes it past testing though. And yes, the portraits probably are included in that claim too.

Up the poly-count and make large structures & ships use several textures and mipmap them, and upgrade the lighting and shadows please. Also, I would love to see a planet and large structures cast shadows. Overall just an upgrade on the lighting system would be nice.

AA and the new lighting effects are probably the biggest improvement I've seen, plus the engine lights don't clip through the models anymore which is pretty nice.

The new character portraits of course.

I'd rather see nothing, black space, planets if you have to, the ability to turn off all other ships and just have a redbox and an overview.

Would make fleet a nicer place to be tbh.

Oh - and double-click entity warp-to like we had in Castor tyvm.

I heard once that dust from a distant sun, will shower over everyone. This happens after seven worlds collide apparently.
