This is idea which players can maybe one day give to CCP to play around with to use some day! SO.. this is starting point of this idea, keep all ideas with in the MAIN idea .... Reply your idea and I will try my best to fit it in here.

This idea is to add on to HIGH <-> LOW <-> NPC NULL <-> NULL! Space.
Please read on before you post your ideas, and thanks for reading!

Nexus Exploration

The name "Nexus" was given to group of scientists, during the decade of war between the eve races. The scientist which were only interested in creating the perfect weapon of war. As weapon was designed for one purpose only, to hunt down and destroy its enemies! Back by political leaders and few handful of ex-alliance mercenaries soldiers, the scientists went on decade building new technology for the perfect weapon. As never ending war, it must come to end with peace between the races of eve. Leaving the scientist of "Nexus" disgusted by no funding, for it's perfect weapon to be build, the group known as "Nexus" no longer excites with in eve..... eve races will soon learn the group known as "Nexus" will be remember as the eve players will gain access to the perfect weapon of eve......


Below is quick idea how empire wars can take place!
Explains the set up, Alliance Z wants too take Alliance Y stations in empire! MONEY MAKER!

Step #1 - First things first a War-deck must be open! From Alliance Z to war-deck Alliance Y!
Make sure you have enough funds to war-deck for while, and ships to lose in progress of taking it!

Step #2 – Next Alliance Z must rush in some how and place up Sov Block Units!
Defend it by with good old fashion gate camp or just chase around Alliance Y for while?
P.S. - “Be-careful of gate guns baring down on you!”

Step #3 - Yay! SBU are running for time being! You now have options to shot the following!
Stations, Gate guns, Control Bunker! Towers!

Step #4 – Once you crash Alliance Y! Taken the station, and place new control bunker and killed their towers in system! Time to take Sov of your own with Alliance Z to be shown off!

Step #? – Theirs other step number?!? Sure, what if Alliance Y gave up with out shooting anyone!?
Option to pack up and take your station! That's right to pack it up egg and run off with it!

WARNING: By down repacking the station all items will be move to closes station!
You will lose building min, for station and all upgrades! Do you want to continue?

About Gate Guns! And Standings! In Empire!

Hello, I will be explaining about Gate guns in empire and how it will fit in to the game! First off every alliance has standing with everyone your neutral, negative or positive! So get to the good points what will gate guns do for me if I’m controlling alliance! By setting your enemies negative the gates guns will shot at them way in and out! Nice! Bad part is if they shot back at them with out “Wardeck” concord will bust them out of a ship! The guns can be set to shot "ONLY" war targets as well! And of course they wont shot your positive standings!

Below is setup you can better under stand when placing them any were around the gates!
Also note the Gate guns must be place 25kms to 50km around the star gate only!
The gate guns can be blown up during combat, during War deck!
Oh, and remember there is set number but look at Sov levels chart for more details!

About Bunker Control! And Sov In Empire!

So whats basic rules and whats in it for my alliance you wonder!? Well it's simple by controlling your bunker you can help enforce keeping some so boating reds! and add something new and fun to shot at same time! You have different settings per level which you can add on to it per Sov level.
Which all you do with is set options and upgrade it when needed to be,
So were to place this so cool, item in space? This item can only be set up by planet with nothing already set up their! It must be set up between 50km from planet and max of 150km away.
Note that the bunker control can be blown up during war deck combat!
Settings with bunker control shows how many gate guns are in system online! Show if any of the gates are damage in your system! Option who can access the gate guns, by standings.
NOTE: Idea of controlling the gate guns is being looked in too, but it could be can of worms their!
- End up if you do control the gate gun shot a neutral could face being concord in your own system!


So next big part would be the Sov levels and how would it help me control or save me iskes in long run? To make this simple here is chart below to show some ideas!

About Bubbles! And War decks In Empire!


As you maybe asking bubbles in empire whats going on here! So lets go in to details! Lets start with the common war deck options! You use it to attack other systems and targets with a Star! Cause much damage as you can to alliance trying to control the high sec empire! Same basic rules have changed do to fact it needs to be changed! Make this easy, Alliance L has war deck Alliance K, but Alliance L has fleet up and wants to bring along few extra buddies not in alliance! SO BE WARNED! By joining Alliance fleet K, you will be mark to be shot at by Alliance L during combat! If your fleet option drop during combat, you will be flagged, by only Alliance L as a star for count down cool time! As they will be turn to a red star to you during the cool down period! Also people who do repairs to you will be flag, red!
Make this better understandable, if you attack someone and get aid by a friend, your aid will be flagged red to attacker your shooting. So be careful in who you help in the future, he maybe armed!

Following these changes for now, we have new item to be added in world of EVE! Different deploy able bubbles! Yes that right, who whats so different about this new class!

Aim Block Bubbles -= Both on ships or anchored in short time period! Basic idea for this is ship can go jump through a gate pop up a bubble which dose what it says, stops locks both inside and outside the bubble which was deployed! You can still warp in and out of this ABB set up! But key is remember anyone can shot you inside the bubble just not in between it! You can not set up more then one with in range area! So in short term words, one set on 0km on gate other has to be 40km away! Now good news is they do area bubble effect of 13km only! With large ABB used by gates! Also they can be used in 0.5 and lower sec systems! How long to they last same as anything, you shot to blow them up!
Big question was noted! Should the gate guns be allow to shot you! YES!

Pull Bubbles -= They can pull you away from your warp point in the system! These special items can be used in control systems ONLY! You can anchor them only at Towers, HUB, Sov Maker and Bunker control. They can only be placed within 150km of listed objects in the control system! They do what they say, pull you! But they wont stop you if you go in to the bubbles them self's! Warp on!

About Stations, HUBS And Towers In Empire!

Well to get started towers can only be place in your systems base on standings, with owning alliance!
They can also hand out books for permission, to set the tower up! Other changes which could be is options to charge for use of your Jump Bridge Network! Same goes with Cyno Gen, you can do this by standings. You can only use class basic ships! Non caps can used it! Well caps which shot back at least. Also their will be up keep fee for use of them, with new module to be deployed! Anti cloaking device, which allows you to use it every 30 minutes, this bad boy will uncloak everything in system! How long will the effect last, on something that just got uncloaked! 15 secs to be allowed to re-cloak! Like always there is upkeep fee for this type of module base in your system, ONLY one per system!

Next on our list is HUB, basic rules as in 0.0 scan them out anyone can use them! No changes will be made at this time unless noted by idea which is good or needs to be one.

On to stations! To start you can have up to three stations per every 2 Sov levels. Changes which could be made to eve stations are, agents in stations, bounties and office renters and non renter offices!
Agents can be added with upgrades to the system base you own, more upgrades the more level of agents you can add on! This will only be option for high sec stations ONLY! Bounties, little change, that when you look over station bounties you will see hit list by Alliance targets, in which they want them dead! Also renters offices can be set at weekly or monthly fees also get special hanger access! Basic non renters offices, pay weekly or monthly fee! All base your standing!
Next big talks is able to PACK up your stations! This is different idea pointed out, have option to repack it up in egg form! Note when you click on the option to repack it up, all items will be move to next closes station! This takes maybe one down time or 7 days to complete. You will lose your minstrels in which build the station and all upgrades! There is upkeep fee for place stations in systems.


SO! whats next on the big listed of changes we would like to see in this add on! So no caps allow in high sec whats new? Do you know how much Hit Points a Station has or Tower! OMG! I don’t have that big of fleet even if I did what hell!? Well don't fear we have new type ships! Which can fly in your control systems! Below is ideas of ships which sit in between Battleships and Capital Ships!

About Ships, And Equipment In Empire!


Inner-Spheres Class: They have class of their own base from mini gang arms, with special roles to help new war tactics in eve! With upgradable options to arm these ships. As you place different modules on this ship, it will slowly turn this ship INS class ship. The modules have power core, once drain to 0 points, the modular will become useless until recharged at station or you can just junk it in space. As anything the modular can only be recharged so many time before you need to buy whole new part to go on the INS ships.


Nova + Amarr – 8 high slots, 4 med slots, 6 low slots, 3 rigs, subs.

Resistances = set at later date
Thor + Caldari - 8 high slots, 6 med slots, 4 low slots, 3 rigs, 2 subs.
Resistances = set at later date
Awesome + Gallente - 8 high slots, 4 med slots, 7 low slots, 3 rigs, 2 subs.
Resistances = set at later date
Cougar + Minmatar - 8 high slots, 5 med slots, 4 low slots, 3 rigs, 2 subs.
Resistances = set at later date

So whats makes them different from other types of ships!? Here is lists of special weapons build in modules to fit on new types of ships!
Note: With sub module limit added, you can only fit on two special weapons in sub modular spot.

|- Parietal Cannon – Gang type module which uses power from ships around it to shot very long parietal cannon, more ships more power to cause damage to any ship or tower and or station shields. This has a cool down period, which can be very long! Less power less damage less cool down! Simple max out put damage 1 million every hour! Also note more times this beam hits tower, small to large or HUB and or station their Resistance levels go up causes less damage to each time it's used. Note this is FORMATION, needed by ships around it in order for it fire! With train per level dose 5% more charge for damage output!

|- Thunderbolt Cannon – This monster shots up 5 rounds max with skills level. It has a cool down time of 10 minutes. When the ammo hits your **** it will over load your resistances levels from 15% to 35% both shields and armor base. One extra shot per level trained!

|- Aim Bubble Blocker – Deploys a large bubble which breaks all locks between the bubble! You can still shot inside or being outside it just not between it! Bombs will go off when hitting outside of the bubble. It 10km big, and 5% extra in size per level of skills! Same rules apply can be set up by one other unless 35km away from other one set up or any types of bubbles!

|- Shield Generator - Deploys a shield like tower, for short mount of time, if your fleet you can go in and out of shields. Nothing can shot outside the shields or hit you why in the shield. You can how ever do damage to the shields why deployed hit this ship. After so much damage the shield generator will drop! It has so many hit points! This can be use empire control systems and in 0.0 ONLY! It can only be used on moons or planets with no HUBs, Towers and or Stations with in 400km!

Your right 0.0 is a great spot, but bring 0.0 to a 0.5 player own system! Your giving options to alliance to control and turn place in to jita area. I could only image few good systems turn 0.0 to high sec. But still limit it all on factors. I think it's idea worth trying out.

So wanted to know if you would have future drawing for these ships and weapons, to me looks like to me your trying to fit new class ship in between a battleship and Capital ship right ? So maybe why not have option of having capital guns and non, each one getting bonuses? make this first non capital, but still taking beating in battle.

I will include future drawing at later date still want to take in feedback for while. On idea it's self how it could turn in to some cool to try out. I bet who ever control station in empire, they would turn it in to jita like area, and have access to hub mins and ore as they spawn in system.

Maybe this would replace the FW, or change empire for ever. In other words looking for more insight how it would be to much. As care-bears wont like it, or major fighting blogs over hubs to control system why other sell all kinds of stuff in station. How i see it playing out is, alliance comes in and controls one end of empire, maybe able to gen new jita and gives taste to people in empire, how bad it can be or good it could be. I will do some thinking on Pros and Cons of this idea. Untill i do i would like know pros and cons it would cause.

Whats do you think of the Class ship design. Someone point out the idea if "starting ship" as battle ship size, would in fact, be moved in system then add on gear, to turn this monster size ship in to Cap. Pros and Cons feedback please?

You do realize the space you referred to is called "Empire" because it is controlled by one of four nations, with navies, right?

So their are races in world of EVE Online, as concord can enforces all races! New alliance controlling a system no matter if it changes to a new alliance, as now concord dose "NOT" care what "race" you are they enforce every system as they are every were in empire but low sec!. :-)) Thanks for pointing out idea! What about concord if you are in alliance and how concord enforces any space!

i think it would be interesting to see some hihg sec systems that are chosen randomly become 0.0 for a period of 23 hours. Yes inluding Jita.

It seems to me that this is just another way to turn high sec into low or null sec.

Dispite the number of postings of this type you see in the forums the very fact that so many more players stay in high sec then in low or null indicates that the game needs more high sec systems, not less.

The biggest problem with high sec is the crowding and this will only serve to make it worse, unless so many people quit that the population drops. Not sure CCP would like that much.

Empire always growing of people around. But it lacks of getting to do things in empire. At same time hard to change empire, as some don't like change. This idea may bring 0.0 to parts of empire were users could in fact see for them self's fun. Maybe allow smaller alliances in empire to control some parts of empire.
