I have an issue where when i set extractors to pull a resource, and submit it, it resets the advanced factories to a new production cycle, and erases any p2 product i had in my launch pad for storage. i didn't change anythign on the advanced factories, and it resets all 4 on my planet.

Similar problem here. I can't import or export anything because of this.

The new schematics window sux. Nice work CCP, but change back!

Issue: If I'd select a new schematics for the factory and scroll with my mouse then it's scrolls(zoom) the whole planet until I select one item within the list. Also the last version option menu was able to jump to the item which name I've started to type on my keyboard.

I would not care about the icons If had several characters and those dosen of facilites on various planets...
...thank god I'm not gone that far...

Seriously CCP, wtf... standard conventions specify that if you're allowed to select one item, you use a drop down, if you're allowed to select multiple items you use a multi-line selection window. The change was not necessary.

Issue: cannot find schematics by selecting letters when highlighting the schematic dropdown (cause the drop down was turned in to a multi-line selection box.)

Work around: If you select inside the factory schematic selection window, you can still press a letter to select the schematic you want. The problem is that the scroll bar doesn't scroll to that item. So if you select letter for a schematic and there are more schematics that start with that letter (e.g., Oxides and Oxydizing Compound from a basic factory) you still have to scroll to find the schematic you want.


Issue: Trying to scroll within factory schematic selection element causes both selection element to scroll and planet to zoom in/out.

Root cause: Focus is shared by planet and what you hover the mouse over (the factory schematic selector), instead of being locked to what you have your mouse hovered over.

Work around: Select within the schematic selection element prior to using the scroll-mouse. This changes focus to only the schematic selector and stops the planet from zooming.

Issue: Some factories complete a production cycle, briefly show the completed commodity in the launchpad, but disappear and reset - consuming no materials for production.

No workaround that I can find. At least I'm not losing the base materials, but I'm also not producing everything.

Issue: Some commodities will not export to the customs office in a single transaction. I have 100 Mechanical Parts, the CO will let me transfer 85 maximum.

Workaround: Split commodities into smaller groups and it seems to work.

Issue: Starting an extractor will sometimes cause the extractor to highlight yellow (as if I had just built it). Usually only happens on the first or second extractor I select and none after.

Workaround: None. Yellow highlight goes away after I select "submit" on the job.

I'm having som odd trouble, too.
Got a factory-only planet with 3 launchpads. This morning
some resources where in the wrong pad, not where I imported them to
last nite, and when I try to export stuff it says there isnt any,
and when I try to import it says the pad is full.

?!?!

I have free room on Customs office or planet launchpad and I got report "You cannot import commodities to that spaceport, as it does not have sufficient storage space to handle incoming goods".

Same report from planet:
"You cannot export Proteins, as your Spaceport's storehouse does not appear to contain any".

I didnt see these messages before Tyranis patch 1.1.
And I know I have free room for my products.

I am having the same problem. I have four characters that do PI. And I have three of those characters producing the minerals for producing enriched uranium. And I have one character that has six planets, each with a spaceport and 22 advanced factories. But since the new Tyrannis 1.1 patch, I cannot import/export. when I try to export what I have already produced, it tells me that I cannot export Enriched Uranium because my spaceport doesn't seem to contain any. But if thats the case, and there was no enriched uranium in my spaceport, then how in the nine hells did I select it to export in the first place.

Also, when trying to import from the customs office, I am told that my spaceport doesnt have the required space. I even went as far as to place "1" (one) unit of Toxic Metal into my Customs office, and import it into my EMPTY spaceport. Again. The spaceport doesnt seem to have the necessary space.

Yet, in your patch notes. And I quote "Planetary Interaction" remains unchanged. Evil or Very MadEvil or Very MadEvil or Very MadEvil or Very Mad

Same problem. I cannot Transfer or Launch PI products from the planent. And when I submit a new link all the produced PI2 is gone. But the PI minerals are there again. The factories start producing the PI2 again. But still I cannot transfer or launch the PI2 products

After watching my planets for a couople of days, I have learned that I can export from my planets once after server up. After that, it says that I do not have any product to export, though it is clearly in my space port. Any attempts after that first time to export, fail miserably. Come on CCP. Get your head out of your ass and fix this. You fix the stupid alarm sound that hurts no one. But you're screwing around with my isk now.

This is an ongoing, unresolved issue as of this time stamp. I have 3 accounts with three different chars running a total of 16 planets and all have lost P2 and P3 production items, multiple times and at different times. One observation made by another pilot on a different thread implied that if you just recycle all your processing onces and wait until after the next DT, your items will magically appear so long as you don't mess with anything in between the first resets after DT and the next morning. That's simply unacceptable. I run all my processes timed carefully with 5hour extraction cycles to get enough materials needed to run P1, P2 and ultimately P3 production for perfect syncs on those processes. I should not have to throw away two additional 5-hour cycle times each day!! It all worked fine before the 1.1 patch so whatever CCP did, unphukit and put it back the way it was!!

I was close to perfecting a P3 production line to make Wetware Mainframes at a constant pace, with no gaps and now this!!

I just tried to export Coolant, having 135 units in the Spaceport. And it constantly told me I had none. I switch to the import tab and the coolant vanished.

So um, where the **** did the coolant go?

Chiming in here to say that I too have the vanishing coolant issue. I lost 650 some units when I imported some P1 materials to the factory planet...


EDIT! I didn't "Lose" the coolant per-se, I have just discovered it spontaneously turned BACK into an equivalent amount of Water and Electrolytes in the other launch pad. So I lost the factory TIME. Arrrrgh!
