FOR GENERAL RELEASE

On May 15th YC109, after almost two years of loose affiliation with the Guristas, Veto Corp took the decision to offer our contractors in Venal a 5% stake in the operations of our organisation, for the mutual benefit of both parties.

A little over two years later, the corporation has truly flourished. Business, is as always, on the up and up. Our share prices continue to rise in certain non-SCC circles we associate with, and out turnover continues to increase month on month thanks to the current ongoing war efforts of all four major sovereign powers.

Our relations with the Guristas have always been very amicable despite the resurgence of Nation and our opposition of Kuvakei's operations, and it has been a sincere pleasure to work with some of the most skilled, driven and dedicated pilots and officers that the Guristas, and indeed New Eden has to offer.

With this in mind, today the next stage of our relations with our partners in Venal was secured.

Today marks a milestone and a turning point for Veto Corp, a point in time where the Corporation becomes even stronger, more focused, and more dedicated.

A little over an hour ago, the transfer of partial control of the Executor Corporation to two prominent Guristas Commanders as shareholders was completed. This now gives the Guristas 40% control of the core of Veto Corp.

Today, Veto Corp no longer considers itself an independent entity with ties to the Guristas Pirates.

We now proudly regard ourselves Gurista Loyalist, as a paramilitary capsuleer wing operating under the command of Korako Kosakami.

The corporation looks forward to future operations with the hope for continued positive relations with Venal.

Please adjust your standings as appropriate.

Thank you for your kind attention.

I welcome the Guristas with open arms. My loyalty is first and foremost to Veto Corp, but I have the deepest respect for the Guristas, and I am pleased with this decision. I expect a long and healthy relationship with the Guristas from here on.

Be careful, Ethan. My love for the Guristas extends only to the fact that they are a significant thorn in Heth's side. You will be careful, won't you?

I do so worry sometimes.

Finally some solid recognition for our work.

I look forward to continuing to work along side the Guristas and growing the relationship between our two entities even further.

I can understand why this is a good move for the Guristas, while their organization is perhaps far more widely known among capsuleers, they are also much less feared than Veto amongst capsuleers.

As I've heard, this move wasn't directly for financial gain, so I wonder what the motivation was for Veto.

I echo the sentiments of my compatriot exactly, maybe with an additional wow thrown in for good measure.

All the best to you and yours Verone.

Hmm, seems that if I hadn't packed my bags already I might have packed them right now. Good on you however to receive some recognition. As long as you don't go and align with the space zombies all is well in my book.

Recognition or not, let's not forget the Guristas and Sansha's Nation share positive relations with each other.

As happy we are to see the egos of VETO grow, this still has implications.

Both Kuvakei and Kosakami are well aware of our position on Nation, and their operations.

I somehow doubt it's the first, but it's a pleasure and an honour for us to be working with such skilled and disciplined pilots.

It should be mutually beneficial for both our parties to be considered increasingly as one.

Dirty pirates they may be, however I know at least one person saved from slavery by them, next to that the odd 'donation' seems trivial.

It doesn't surprise me in the least to hear a D'K member consider the deaths of thousands of victims of piracy (many of whom would have either had nothing to do with te slave trade or themselves been slaves) to be a price worth paying for the emancipation of a single slave.

Not surprising, but still disgraceful.
