This is not the character looking. But I will respond to you in game from reading postings with the char seeking.
Just need a good starting point to get better agents with Minmatar. In return I have access to all Caldari & Amarr lvl 4 & 5 cosmo agents and lvl 4 R&D agents with Lia Dia, Ishukone & Carthum Conglomerate. Can fly all T1 BS. Very active & social.
Open to a financial arrangement for gaining standings in a remote fleet or a trade of missions.
