After playing this game for many years on a few different account's, i must say that CCP's customer service has gone way down. 1 dont bother asking for reimbursement of a ship, they dont care. They claim to check "LOGS" that tell them if there was a problem. Well that is completely laughable. I remember a few years ago you could probally get a ship back like 50/50% of this happening, now its like 100% you will get nothing. 2 the time it takes them to respond it truly sad. As someone who owns his own business, i respond in a timely fashion and do not give out canned speeches to my customers. I also still believe in making the customer happy because at the end of the day THEY "WE" are paying customers, and because of that THEY "WE" are the reason we can put food on the table. 3 CCP Cant Complete Patch these guys seem to never be able to do patch's on the time frame they quote, i find this extremely incompetent on their part, If I do this in my business you can bet my customers want so satisfaction and believe me i do fell i owe it to them to make them happy. This is because i like to pay my bills and keep food on the table. CCP basically treats each and everyone of us PAYING CUSTOMERS like they don't really care about our business. At the end of the day their attitude is "WE have your money so stfu if you don't like it go somewhere else" i know their will be 100% of comments saying the same thing because lets face it, sounds like im crying but tbh im just saying what most people think. Im sure that if enough people post in this forum about hoe CCP treats its PAYING CUSTOMERS we can make a change to their policy. Please if you don't like what i have to say don't leave the typical eve player response of i know it all or waaa boo hoo those comments are very old and ridiculous tbh. Anyways feel free to support this post and lets see how long till they lock it due to they know we are right!

I find CCP's customer service to be rather impressive, never had a problem. This includes in-game petitions and forum moderation.

Your post is poorly written and formatted, you articulate your points poorly, and the comparisons between your company and that of CCP's customer support team do not hold water, you should take a step back.
The problem here is not CCP.

Actually we pay them money to give them wages and it's thier choice on wether or not they buy food. In the case of most of the devs I'm pretty sure it's just afridge full of Tuborg Very Happy

As for the rest of the wall I completely disagree, but I'm guessing you just lost another ship you were flying you couldn't afford to replace Laughing

I thought I was the only one ccp didn't like.

True the logs never show anything and the wont reimburse anything.

They never listen, always assume you're lying to them to get ship back due to server related problems.

ccp cs sucks, get over it. Don't fly ships you can't afford to lose to bad servers.

It's not your skill at flying them. It's tranquility srcew you over or not.

Just consider it like rolling dice. Sometimes you crap out.

Who cares about paying customers? New customers is where the money is. After all we can charge them extra for their first month.
