Goal would be to have a good (omni?) tank fitting for a raven, to run in C3 wormhole sites in a small gang of mostly couple to few battlecruisers.

I wouldn't want to go in half-arsed, so I come to you for wisdom. I'm usually more of a station hugger after market iskies, but I'm peeking out to see the graphics outside the station, so forgive my inability to put together, perhaps, such a simple fit.

Thank you!

Passived tanked? You're going to die a horrible death. Active tanked may work, but most ships you'll fight against will be frigates and cruisers, not battleships and they are fast enough to outrun your expmlosion velocity by a large margin. Also they NOS/Neut you and your drones will only be of small use, since they'Re a priority target for sleeper AI. Use a passive Drake instead. Cheaper, more agile, better suiting weapon system. Or even a Nighthawk or go all out and use a Tengu.

If you're gonna train for somit for C3 WH's then i can't recommend the Tengu more. It's designed to WTFPWN Sleepers...

Here's a simple and not too expensive fit. Puts out 608 dps with my skills and 2 +3% implant and can tank 693 dps Omni.

If you must try a Raven. Then you're gonna need to put probably as much ISK into it as a Tengu for it to even come close...

With all stats @ V. This tanks 719 and deals 613. And, is more expensive.

Also, don't expect to hit any frigates. They'll speed/sig tank you.

Get a Tengu.

Edit.. My English is terrible.

I would second sticking to BC/T3 for a C3. You are going to be nerfing yourself because most of your opponents will be cruisers and frigates. You will be able to put the hurt on the BS spawn but that cloud of webbing frigates will greatly increase the incoming DPS and if they scram you, and they might, you can find yourself in a bad situation VERY quickly. BC/T3 are smaller targets, generally faster, and deal better with the smaller ships. Remember, you can't just send out a bunch of light drones to kill the frigates webbing and scramming you like you can in missions. Sleeper frigates will eat them and often they are the triggers so you often don't have the option to just kill all of them and concentrate on the heavies.

If you venture into the higher class wormholes then battleships will come into their own in RR spider gangs. You will meet many more heavy opponents and will need the buffer to keep from being alpha'd into scrap.

Amarr: don't worry, I know English isn't your native language. Wink
