I understand you, but its kinda different situation isnt it? I lost my ship on 29th of june also my capsule same time .. i was ported into station to clone .. i logged off ... next day after 12 hours i logged in to game and i found that i was killed 4 hours before so timeshape is something like that:

29.6 - loose of ship and capsule, logged out
i am offline
i am offline
30.6 about 12am - loose of capsule again (i am offline, still not logged into game, mystery of kill begins)
i am offline
i am offline
30.6 4pm - I logged into game(first time after ship lost accident)

so second loose of capsule was about 8 hours after first and about 4 hours before I logged into game

Same system, but different time, different killer(final blow-er) and different dmg. Also I dont have MattFighT in my kill rights. Other players who kill me yd I have in my kill rights.

TLDR: you shouldn't really be logging in space anyways. File a Bug Report, and a petition if you feel like trying to get your ship.pod back. If you were offline as you claim, CCP should pick up on that, and chances are you'll get stuff back.

I filled 2 reimbursements tickets.
1 for that mystery capsule lost and 1 for ship lost due autopilot bug.

Hope that at least that mystery lost of capsule will be resolved.

CCP is well aware of the "mystery logonski" bug. We've had people lose ships (in space) that have been logged off for 24h. The response to the petition was hilarious, as the GM tried to suggest that the death occurred "in between the client log-in and character selection". The response simply defied all logic, since the death occurred a 8 full hours prior to login, and your ship is not "in space" prior to character selection.

Don't get me started on the "Dmg taken is less than the HP of my ship" bug/exploit.
