Hello

I'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine who have decided to resume playing EVE after a 4 month break.
The problem is that he can't log in anywhere, he can't log in on the forums or account management to resume payment for the account.

He knows he got account name and password right and the character name is correct aswell, I've matched it to the name in my friends list in-game.
It's like the account doesn't exist but he sent for a new password and got one so it can't be gone and as far as I know an account wont be deleted for being inactive for 4 months.

After believing that the problem would go away after a while he waited but it has been a couple of days now but the problems remain.

He sent a petition but haven't got an answer yet.

Have anyone else had simular problems or know anything that he might have missed which may cause these issues?
