I find it more a case of bureaucracy not elastic enough to adapt to situations like that. With huge organizations you don't need saboteurs to be stack on stupidity of administative officials. :)

That facility is a Jovian station.

I cannot speak any further on the matter at this time other than to confirm it as Prosper Vault, 3-CE1R.

I would caution you against hubris, capsuleers. The size of the fleet is not the point of primary concern.

I would like to know, Mr. Dorgiers, how you can possibly get the Prosper Vault in 3-CE1R out of the picture that the camera probe took? To phrase it another way:

How can you look at the camera probe picture, see the station in the picture, and come to the conclusion that it's the Prosper vault in 3-CE1R? It looks nothing like the station that we know of.

Please explain.

-FeralShadow

I'm still waiting for an answer, Mr. Dorgiers. Concord may hold sway over a lot of people, but I dont hold any respect for it. Your actions should be held accountable by every person in secured space.

Why assume the Nation defeated the Jove? Why is it too far fetched to believe a compromise was made. If nothing else, Sansha are well known for genetic and cybernetic experimentation. Two fields of research that were favorites, and the downfall of the Jove. Perhaps Kuvakei's work was of use to the Jove? Perhaps the Jove gave Kuvakei what he wanted in return for what they wanted.

Wow.

Where has the nation been getting these ships?
If they built them, where were the materials gathered from and who supplied the Blueprints?
If they bought them, where did the money come from and who supplied the ships?
If they found/stole them, where did they come from?

In any case, this is a threat to ALL the empires, not just the amarrians.
They should all be planning some sort of defense against this.

heh. yes borgh. Its good to accomplish a goal I set out a year ago to find Jovian space through wormholes.

Just... Odd to find it full of Nation.

And to answer the question of how the system can be identified, I ran several starchart correlations and spectrographic analyses. I was too shocked at the findings, and submitted them to CONCORD for confirmation.

I'm still a little shocked, to be honest.

This was discovered in space controlled by The Society:
http://s911.photobucket.com/albums/ac320/mtv2101/?action=view¤t=20100630013006.jpg
It was sorrounded by Guristas in a radar site.
The object in the center is an "Elemental Transmutation Field".
Its description reads:
"A natural phenomena that rumour says will hurtle those that come too close to faraway places. Wary travelers stay away from them as some that have ventured too close have never been seen again."

I will explore and report back intel

I think a blending of sansha and jovian tech would be a good thing, make them a more credible threat. Pirates using sleeper tactics and advanced tech, can only improve the fight imho. Cant wait for it to all kick off lolLaughing

The surveys which were carried out in Jove space before their isolation, as previously stated, list the Prosper Vault as a Gallente style station. Perhaps this is a database error, perhaps a misclassification...

Now we can presume that triangulation from known stars & stellar objects fix the location of the probe at the point of the image being taken, but other than CONCORD assurances we have, to my knowledge, no guarantee that the object in question is indeed the station.

There are however records, albeit very antiquated, which bear a strong resemblance to the structure...
GalNet Reference

We know that the Jove possess at least three of these behemoths and, as of the last data shared on the subject, (GalNet Reference) they maintain two in full readiness at all times. Without an understanding as to the reasons behind the claim, despite existing records, that it is, in fact, the Prosper Corporation Vault I cannot do more than speculate but the Motherships were built to evacuate an entire civilisation and we have data on their destructive capabilities...

If it is indeed a Titan class vessel and, as Master Kuvakei states, it is his (GalNet Reference) then in the event of its deployment we will suffer horrendous casualties, even with active and organised participation from the Capsuleer organisations and the standing Navies of the Empires.

Could be also that the Sanshas took over an abandoned Jovian station and then stole some Jovian technology from it, like the Angel Cartel did.

OOC content removed.Applebabe

The Jovians must be shrinking more than we know, and occupying less of their former space.

There's so much interesting backstory in this game.

On an unrelated note, I shudder to think what a Jovian exotic dancer would look like. :(

Ladys and Gentlemen,

i fear that Mr. Hollands remarks are correct. The old footage of the jovian prototype titan vessel looks exactly like that so called Gallente type 3 Space Station. I also have to say, that some of my fellow capsuleers underestimate the threat of this fleet. To mention first, yes, a planned attack on that fleet could entirely destroy it, but neither the amarr navy has a chance to plan an attack on this nor has any other empire or Alliance, because they simply don't have that amacing WH technology. Second, their tactic of spreading fear and chaos allready works, only a message of a Sansha fleet arriving caused many casualties in one of the minmatar worlds. And to mention last, as soon as this Sansha fleet is able to surprise one of the larger fleets, the amarr empire is now moving to react on this new threat, it is likely that either the minmatar or their allies will use this sign of weakness to attack, which could easily end in a new all empire spreading war.

Im excited to see, how the nations leaders will react to this situation. Also i hope that one of those brave men and women called explorers are able to find out the truth about the Jovians and their role in this scenario.

So, fly safe and watch your back

P.S.: Never trust a smiling CONCORD Polititian

Does anyone think The Order is involved?

I suppose it's quite possible the Enheduanni are really wiping out the Jovians, leaving more and more abandoned Jove stations for others to take over and steal technology from.

At least the Sansha's don't have nonlinear teleportation.

I would caution against trusting anything said by a Concord official who keeps close ties with Sansha Nation representatives.

I don't fear scrutiny, pilot. If you believe you have some kind of evidence proving your claims, then share it.

Do you have proof that you do not have "any" ties with Sansha or Jovians about these attacks and abductions ?

Remember that you owe the 4 empire some honesty and answers. because of them you CONCORD exist. Don't you ever forgot history Haeldone Dorgiers. CONCORD's main goal is to protect the empire's space in case you forgot that.

I find that most organizations directed towards the protection of people more often than not become the same powers protection is needed FROM in the long run. Let us hope CONCORD does not follow in those footsteps...

My friends, ask yourself, why would the sansha nation form outside of a station if they didn't attach that very same day? Where they merely posing for a probe photograph? I agree, the size and the ship types is not what we should be concerned about: we should be concerned about why they where willing to let us know.

We can only pray to our mighty Lord of Amarr that this is just a show of force, and nothing else. But inside of me I fear...
... I fear that Dark Ages await us once again.

well for now lets say that concord has been comprimised if you think back to the wormhole attacks around empires systems like frarn were was concord? we had to had to fend these crazy zombies off our trust in concord should be put aside and if it comes to it ignore concord as an "offical" body

do CONCORD arrive when you are fighting against the angel cartel, the serpentis, the guristas, the blood raiders???

no, they become involved in unsanctioned capsuleer battles. for the most part, this means that the 'zombie ships' will not cause the appearrance of CONCORD. only the true slave capsuleers would.

even then they would only appear if and when reports of the capsuleer battles reach them, and if the nation can override the NEOCOM channels used to report such events, then CONCORD would be unable to arrive as fast as we expect from them.

still, the fact that CONCORD and DED forces seem all but non-existant in the defence of empire space from these raids makes me wonder...

C & D have jovian tech vessels, it would seem that the nation also has jovian tech... perhaps they have a method of blocking jovian warp signatures...

more worryingly, the nation claims that the jovians are their foe, have they sided with the species that created the sleepers, or with another of the jovians ancient foes, or worse, as has been mentioned here, are they seeking to weaken us for a terran resurgence... i hope i am wrong about the eve gate, but i do not believe it is totally inactive. just incredibly dangerous to traverse. if that is the case, i worry about what could come through.

fly safe my friends.
