How about this toon? The account is currently inactive but that skillsheet is correct.

He is a great Minmatar JF pilot as well as a great Blockade Runner(Prowler) pilot with good probing skills for working in wormholes as a scout. He also has 10 research and 10 manufacturing slots and can produce freighters and every T2 module in the game with the exception of a half dozen of the oddball modules(warp disruption bubbles, gas cloud harvester, etc). Cybernetics V allows you to use a full Snake or Nomad set for the JF. He also has every learning skill at IV so you can quickly train whatever you please in the future.

I should add, I've purposely kept him with 0.00 standings to everybody so he can fly through all highsec space without worrying about what faction he needs to avoid.
