"You all know the mission, and what is at stake.
I have come to trust each of you with my life -- but I have also heard murmurs of discontent. I share your concerns.

We are trained for espionage; we would be legends, but the records are sealed. Glory in battle is not our way.
Think of our heroes; the Silent Step, who defeated a nation with a single shot. Or the Ever Alert, who kept armies at bay with hidden facts.

These giants do not seem to give us solace here, but they are not all that we are.

Before the network, there was the fleet. Before diplomacy, there were soldiers!
Our influence stopped the rachni, but before that we held the line!

Our influence stopped the krogan, but before that, we held the line!

Our influence will stop Saren; in the battle today, we will hold the line!"

Apparently the PI that everyone was so excited about coming with the release of Tyrannis on the 26th, will be impossible without the seeding of CC, that will happen in a few weeks. I don't understand the reasoning.

CCP needs more time to fix the stuff, meanwhile we can wait and spin some planets.

Heres what you can do before command centers hit the market.

#1 Find out which accounts/toons you want to be using P.I. on a regular basis if any.

#2 Place those accounts/toons in the systems you want.

#3 Find systems in 0.0 that that dont have sovereignty and sneak your way in there using pod or scout alts. :)

#4 If you can log off some alts in those systems than you can monitor how much you product you can pull from 0.0 systems compared to empire. (which i think will be alot)

Now I know that #3 and #4 people might not want to do.... But I LOVE the idea of ninja-colonizing.

from eve-ivy.com

Q. Is Planetary Interaction limited to system security status?

* A: No. A few special systems are off-limits due to high traffic or storyline reasons. You can create colonies in wormhole space and nullsec, but only an owning alliance can colonize claimed space. However - you can place colonies in unclaimed nullsec and maintain control over them after any alliance claims Sov! So you can ninja-colonize unstable systems

    * Set skills training from the moment the server comes up
    * Buy PI BPO's and put them in to research
    * Draw up manufacturing spreadsheets
    * Run analysis of planets
    * Find a single system that accommodates all of my needs
    * Go do something more fun until command centres are seeded

* Find out that 200 other people are piling up in your chosen system.

Always a possibility, although if a system like the one I picked does indeed get too many people in it, then the whole things going to be a joke anyway. I have backup's at least, just interested in how it all goes down finally.

I can always just let people fight over the resources and get my base materials from buy orders if it gets saturated Cool

He's kind of got a point seing as this is the only significant (non nerf) change in this lackluster update (they used to be called CONTENT updates).

Still find it slightly amusing that people are so demanding.

I am in favor of the wait, gives me time to train up my accounts to a half decent level.
Scout out the system(s) i want to use and train up my fresh new account.

Like waiting a week is a massive deal in a game that can have you wait weeks for a single skill to complete.

TL/DR: If you dont like waiting gtfo eve isnt the game for you.

If you don't count the announcements of why it is that way, then one could argue it is delayed. Except, it is not.

Demanding of what? This expansion has been the centre of attention for how many months? And its realeased and there is no change at all. At least with WH it was really cool from the get go.

Demanding in general.

I pay to play this game too, does that mean that if I disagree with your opinion then I should be able to stop an idea from being implimented.

Too many people think this GAME is here for them and them only. Believe that because they spend $15 a month they own some sort of right to tell CCP how to make the game and forget that they choose to play the game.
