It's a damn shame the pole dancers weren't represented out there :( great job boys let the state stand above all and let our union with the amarr grow |

aye was a nice fight, aside from the horrendous lag. It's a shame you felt you had to team up with the amarr an bring 140 people to fight our little community in nisuwa which generally never has fleets bigger than about 40 ... altho on this occasion we had a general militia fleet of 30 or so cruisers in support. But yea good job getting the numbers together, hopefully next time the odds might be a bit more even.

Excellent fight, Caldari, Amarr, and Gallente FC's all did extremely well. It was the biggest fight I've ever seen in EvE and I hope that this will spur the Factional Warfare to new heights :) |

I can tell u almost exactly what we we're ... about 25 BS / 3 carriers (rendered useless by lag) / 8 logistics / a handful of BC's and 30-40 cruiser and below support |

interesting fight , interesting comments so its 145 v 107 ( incl 2 carriers ) but because the way the killboards work those numbers are skewy, if you count the ships on each side its 169 v 128 not really overwhelming odds , but lets look at it ( in the interest of fairness I am using caldari killboard ) On the hostile gallente side we have 22 caldari/amarr pilots that managed to shoot friendlies , so we need to remove them from totals . there are 21 kills from pilots who returned to the fight in new ships , so we remove them . On the caldari / amarr side there is 1 gallente pilot that managed to shoot a friendly. So the numbers become 168 v 85 pilots Ships involved caldari/amarr --- gallente ( bear in mind some of the gallente ships are returnees so not all on the field at once ) carriers 0 2 battleships 55 22 battlecruiser 39 19 losses carriers 0 1 battleships 14 20 battlecruiser 6 19 numbers may be slightly out but its late for me |

Amar did good part of the job by fighting and baiting! well in past we had even bigger fights :) (before Gavins poo act) and after i saw the video ... I suck as FC :) and I was horribly tired, but it worked ... unfortunately it captures only the babling parts not the parts where I speak normaly and yeah we are back for big battles ... BTW was primaried twice, but was able to escape on the battlefield |

Sry that doesnt reflect the numbers correctly dude....
first of all caldari fleet was about 91-93 ppl at the time of the attack (and i highly doubt that everybody was there) ... the number can ce varified in this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABl5yJh0iKM . Second the amarr fleet was much smaller than ours (see quote Takka Ri on this thread "1/3 amarr") and acted as kind of a bait. They had to retreat in the middle of the fight cause of heavy losses due to outnumbering gallentians (watch this vid as reference http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9THwD7nVN2w). So that might lead to total numbers of about 130-140 pilots for amarr and caldari. And this doesnt include the losses for amarr already taken at the gate (so the number for the final fight would be even lower). And gallente had not only 2 carriers.... no they had 3 (you might be able to spot the archon left hand side of the gate at 2:06 of the last video i linked). I still wouldnt say the fight was equal (and yeah there was lag - but for everybody .... my modules seemed to repeat the cycles 10 times before accepting a new one... nice job there CCP), but i recommend that the gallente were only slightly outnumbered.

Slightly outnumbered, but the "flying heavy" title definitely goes to the Caldari/Amarr for the large amount of Battleships and Battlecruisers they fielded. Kudos to both sides for not chickening out and making it an epic slug-out. |

winning a fairly even fight is great , but the figures I gave are from the caldari killboard , I believe there was a 3rd gallente carrier on the field but it does not appear on the killboard. If we assume that the amarr were not involved the bs/bc ratios are :- BS 36 v 22 BC 26 v 17 I dispute that those figures indicate "slightly outnumbered" but then we look at the fraps u linked http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABl5yJh0iKM it clearly shows that the amarr fleet is on the field , look theres battleships , battlecruisers etc from amarr on the overview . The carriers were only used in the second fight , if , as you claim, amarr was not there and it was simply a glorious caldari victory , how come all those amarr ships, including battleships and battlecruisers are on the carrier killmail ? Are you are trying to claim that all these extra pilots were added to the killmails ? |
