My 2 cents...Lets start by talking PVP in it's self..The Goal is to what? Kill the other guy why keeping your own A** alive right?
I have been around Eve for going on 5 years now and well the Question to STAB has always been a quick answer ( NOT NO BUT HELL NO) in
PVP. This has been the idea do to the fact you lose low slots=DMG or Tank and well if I am pvping I don't plan to run. But lets stop and look at it this way...When you have the Falcon Alt show its face when a Blob lands on top of you to Jam the guy that has you pointed so you can do what?? Warp out and save your own ship or try to kill as many as you can before you pop your self. Not everyone can have that falcon alt for a cushion and since they changed Scrams to drop MWDs that at one time would get you out of a sticky spot.
Point being if you want to run STABS and run from fight when it don't go your way then go for it. Half if not more that have posted on this thread have at one point in time blobbed someone 10/1 odds and most fights are always that way so its no different Blob/Falcon/Stabs they are all safety nets.......
On the video it sucks show the video of you killing something rather then the ones you run from |

+1 for rage-inducing WCS  While I don't personally choose to use them, I do have to say the following about WCS: These modules are in the game. These modules can be fitted to ships and carry a drawback. The is no rule that says you can use them anywhere in the game, any opinions about their validity are entirely your own, and are baseless in the sense that nothing in the game says you "shouldn't use them in combat". Basically, stop trying to force your own ad-hoc ruleset on people. Your opinion has nothing to do with the mechanics of the game. |

Came here expecting an awesome epic video (13 pages of replies zomg!).
Was thouroughly disappointed.
The dramiel is by far the ship of choice for lamers not willing to take any risk.
Fitting a dramiel with 2 WCS is like blasphemy on top of blasphemy, and you sir are the biggest ***** in all of eve. |
