It's a nice mechanism, but i don't like the short barrel length. (Bull-pup design FTW) |

p90 is 50x the weapon the linked smg is unless you like not being able to effectively engage anything past close range. it's a neat weapon! don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't take it into combat unless my combat was isolated to clearing apartment buildings i like .45s but only when it comes to my glock 21 |

Its not a p90 replacement. Its simply a superb loadout choice for a spec ops team who has to do heavy house to house and wants to make certain the target immediatly goes down and never gets up again. I only want it because a superbly controllable full auto .45 acp smg makes me hard. I would probably bust a vein if they chamber it in .44 magnum. Heh, clint would have to make one last dirty harry movie using that. So what if he is pusing 80 if he can accuretly spray at 1000 rounds per minute. |

I'd guess This is not as hardcore for all you gun nuts, but still pretty natty. Like the man says, a flash-light that fits in your back pocket and turns into a machine gun at the press of a button is handy for when 'you need to get down to business when putting the trash out or walking the dog' . I'm guessing it's mainly Americans in this thread. Are you guys able to use your guns out in the countryside, in your own back garden etc, or are you restricted to official shooting ranges or hunting areas that need permits. |

I've seen the linked gun before. Pretty neat but 9mm is too wimpy though I'm sure they could chamber it for harder hitting ammo. As far as where we can legaly shoot our guns there are always plenty of public ranges both in the city or out in the country to use at any time of the year if you want to practice. My local redneck oriented range out in the hills has regular machine gun shoots complete with dynamite and gasoline filled milk jugs seeded in various cars donated by the local scrap yards we get to shoot full of holes and blow up. Crowded urban or suburban areas are obviously out of the question for legal backyard shooting but people with enough property to not bother their neighboors with the sound of gunshots or a riccochet are good to go. Otherwise you just go to the plentiful amount of wild places somewhere away from people and do what you want as long as its not private or public property you are not welcome on or that have signs prohibiting hunting or shooting. Gun nuts always find a way. |
