Wow... I've been out from the game for about 10 days only to find out today that TAD is holding 3 systems now and have more that 500 members atm. Other C.I.A. coalition alliances are doing good also (mostly taking the ex-Sylph space), except for the DFG that disbanded. I'm just confused with one thing - according to TAD's official killboard, they are fighting Dark Taboo now. So, even though I know how much Dark Taboo sucks at PvP (sorry guys, but that's a fact  ) and that TAD had always a thing for that A-VILQ station I find it slightly disturbing that they are attacking Dark Taboo now (or is it the other way around maybe?) especially when U'K is in the area. I mean, either way, BOO and TAD were semi-blue the last time I checked. U'K invades the area, Sylph disbands and the next thing you know BOO and TAD are red in the middle of southern coalition invasion. So,... uhmm... who switched sides? |

Those 2 systems that TAD just gained were ex sylph systems that noone else bothered to claim, opportunism nothing more.
As to answer on who switched side:
When we were fighting them yesterday, TAD brought alot of U'K ships with them in theire fleet.
About dark taboo being bad pvpers: Without that bailout from U'K we*ve would have absoluteley massacred TAD, fighting them is a joke.
And you might want to take a look at oure killboards to from the last couple of weeks before you make that statement.
In the short time that i had the honour of flying with this alliance ive learned loads about pvp and have participated on several succesful ops.
I for one am grateful and proud to be part of this alliance :D |

Sylph seems to have suffered from the final internal conflict dealing the last shot to an already struck Alliance.
This will be amusing, opportunity for <goodfights> in the A-VILQ pocket. May the best Pony Rider win. |

O/ Anti. Dark Taboo has been threatening us for past months of how they need FDR pocket and wanted to actually merge TAD, how they need us for attack on U'K in N-8. We told them to GTFO but we can cooperate in pocket defense which we did. 2 days ago they attacked us and now we are at war. Yesterday they put an SBU in 3-SFWG but we managed to kill it and their fleet. About us taking those systems, since DFG is merging with TAD it is only logical to takeover their systems. As for U'K or CVA good luck to them both since we don't actually care and I have a feeling that it's mutual. Also GF to be had =) |

Uhm... I'm just saying that from what I remember. I was in Catch until the end of the last year and back then you were not anything near a "dominating force in the neighborhood"... if you know what I mean - so, it wasn't logical to me that you are fighting now. o/ George... thanks for the info |

heh.. this thread makes me think that 3-sf is sold already, but collateral damage wasn't paid to TAD ;)
still.. brave boo fighters always refuses to join us in defence battles, then after all major movements after Sylph fall they backstab their first neighbour and after that they have their arses kicked they cry for help... come on..
Now ..we are..according to them..in coalition with UK.. how clever indeed :)
If tommorrow they will be attacked by..donno...morsus mihi..or IT..they will blame us to get attention...come on guys.. we don't underestimating you..you underestimating yourself by acting like this.

From what I have seen of BOO operations, I would advice TAD to stay on their toes and not try to upset their neighboors. Perhaps you should think about evac'ing 3-s before it is too late?  |

As the CEO of a 200+ man corp and once a member of the Dark Taboo alliance I must say that it was a complete and epic fail on an alliance. The entire alliance is nothing more than an alt alliance run by 3 or 4 people who have 15 alt corps just to hold a vote to ensure they don't get booted out and lose their ability to milk the alliance for all the isk they can.
They boast about being this huge alliance and on paper they are, but when it comes right down to it they are lucky if they can field a 20 man fleet on a regular basis and only control one system of sov and a second system through another alt corp.
Dark Taboo has for far to long have talked smack about how good they are it is high time that they get wiped out. With Atlas moving into the area it is only a matter of time till Dark Taboo moves back to Empire where they belong. |

I rly don't understand how CVA set Dark Taboo as blue and they ignore us even though we were the ones patrolling Sylph systems (without any deal with them, just looking for GF) on pipe while BOO hide in their system. Our coalition did fight U'K and other reds on a daily basis on entire pipe while BOO started fleets only when reds came in FDR pocket. And now CVA tells us to negotiate with BOO. CVA is talking how they are not interested in Northern Catch but all they do is tell ppl here what to do. Now TAD is/was KOS for no apparent reason and we are just defending ourselves. To CVA, pls get BOO out of your ass already. Tnx. To Dark Taboo, you started this and we will finish it.

The only reason BOO and TAD have space in Northern Catch at the moment is because we need someone to shoot at when the dust settles in Provi. The systems BOO and TAD hold are not worth having. That is why they didn't get a fight from us when they were on-lining TCU's. |

LOL dude, it's not like we don't want to fight U'K, we had lots of GF with U'K, some we lost some we won but in end all GF. But you are right we cannot beat U'K in sov warfare but we will not run. Btw I remember beating you 1 on 1 until you called in 2 domis and a vaga and I had to run before striking coup de grāce =) |
