I have played EVE a while but I find myself wanting to try a new project. To start an account do the tutorial head to a station and never leave the station, at the same time through production, invention, and trade, I want to earn 1 trillion isk.

My question is on the character creation i know I need to do the learning skills first, but what next? Trade? If trade what skills? Next Production, as I feel with these skills I can start to build my own wares and sell them.

Oh and the does race, bloodline, ancestry and gender make any difference, if so what should I choose?

If you really want to never leave the station you're not going anywhere except if your first account provide all the logistic you need and the standing to be able to activate Research agents.
For the race, bloodline, etc. there is no difference, pick the one you want. It really matters if you want to pilot a ship (Freighter for example).

An alt cynotrader is your best bet.
Here's my starting plan with the capability to scout (web a Freighter?) , open a cyno, doing lightweight hauling (POS fueling ?). A 10 days plan suitable for an alt, if you're not rich enough or willing to pay for a second account.

Just up your Trade skill to lvl V starting with Accounting, Broker Relation, Trade, Daytrading then buy Margin trading, Visibility, Procurement and wholesale.

If you want to buy a second account, just forget the idea of "never leave the station". Because 3 months is more than enough to become an almost perfect remote trader. One day or another you will pilot a ship Very Happy

I was thinking about your project I find challenging.

IMO being an inventor/industrialist AND a perfect trader at the same time is not necessary. To be able to produce without moving implies you will use a lot of buy order in your home station. As you cannot move your products, you're going to sell in that station.
So what you really need is just the basic trade skills to place orders and reduce taxes and fees but more important, the station MUST be a commercial hub with high volume of components, minerals, etc. --> Jita IV 4 ? Urgh... Good luck with the market PvP !

Of course, you can use Courier Contracts. Hum...

And forget selling outside your region. That's a pretty big flaw of you ask me.
The only place to do trade without ever leaving a station would be Jita 4 4, but then, forget about everything else, the industry slots there are always full.
