Making sure that only one guy has access to the vault is a great way to block director fraud, at least until you ask that guy to lay some of that power aside. All the worse if you ask him rudely, while blaming him for an ongoing disaster, and just after his honeymoon.
I'm guessing the next Goon alliance will be a bit more financially decentralized. Let me know where to send my 500m.

Always had fond image of them; must be because the image of frigate swarm sounded so delicious to a discopilot. Then again, finally when I run into them they had swarm of dreads and local full of smack.
