My main's corp is looking for a relatively safe area of nullsec to call home, we're looking to rent a system preferably with ice and or abc ore...

We're a small corp so really the smaller the system the better, i've asked a few random diplomats but no one seems to have anything available, any help would greatly appreciated, are their any diplo's with systems currently available.

Well if ur a relatively small corp u may not be able to afford rent. But seriously move to npc 00 and start there.

There is no safe null-sec and no one will ever protect you. Anyone that tells you otherwise is scamming you.

If you want into null-sec, learn to PVP or avoid combat masterfully then hop into NPC-owned null-sec where station access are free to all.

Go contact some of the pet/renter allinces in eve and join them. For example Def4ant(TCF pet), Green Allince(Atlas), AAA Citizen (AAA). Most of them probably charge fees, but they have have a fairly large blue lists with intel channel, thats where you start.

If your a small corp looking to get to grips with 0.0 life then just hang in Providence for a while, some of their systems have been upgraded so the ratting and mining is a bit better also NRDS is probably the "safest" type of 0.0 you will get. (Assuming your not red already)

You wont be able to anchor POS but you'll have access to all the Outposts in CVA, Sylph & Paxton space.

Providence indeed welcomes all neutrals, be adviced though, ore mined in providence has to stay in providence! So whatever you mine there is to be used on the spot or sold to the market, corps who are seen transporting ores out of there are in violation with the neut rules. So make sure you know all the rules of alliances who allow neuts to come into their space :p

The most valuable ore in Providence is Veldspar.

I can see the problem as you are looking to move on towards nullsec and aren't 100% sure yet as what is going to happen.

Though renting a system seems a viable option it however is far from being something you should look for.

Renting a system doesn't mean you will also rent protection from the system holders, next to that you will get in most cases a load of rules to follow which will make the whole endeavour look less appealing to members of your corporation.

I think the first thing you should aim for is getting accustomed with life in 0.0 and best way to do that is to head south into the NRDS area there.

Mine in their space, build in their space, rat there and build up your experience and corporation.
Once life there get's too easy you could be ready for the next step into true nullsec.

You will get fingers pointing at you, people calling you sheep or pets. But a good CEO works for the intrest of his Corporation and it's members in the first place, and if you don't have the experience nor the industrial / financial backbone to go in head deep right away then it's better to tip your toe in first and test the waters before you start swimming.

Lot of the 0.0 alliances will kick member corporations which get too many losses in PvP. the only way to get those numbers down is by trail and error, and best way to get errors out is once again to head south and learn.

This is just a well meant tip and in no regards the opinion of my Corporation or my alliance and they as such can't be held accountable for any of my remarks placed here.

Just a word from one podpilot to another.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you well on your endeavour and good luck.

No Trademark would love you rent you DP34-U down by the JQV section of Syndicate. We currently have several pets down there that we mutually fight against. It gets boring though because we always mop them up. But we could make you blue for a mutually agreed upon fee. We are very reasonable. Contact us in game.

There is no such rule. The resources of Providence are free to be used by all who abide by the existing rules (see: http://www.cva-eve.org/) , no matter where they end up.

The mining site upgrades do help with the ore "quality problem". I know a system that would very much welcome a mining corp, the residents there don't mine enough to allow us to install the mining upgrades (we also have a refinery outpost there). Message me if you want to talk about it.

Confirming there is no such rule anywhere inside Providence region. No pilot, corporation or alliance is permitted to enforce such a rule inside Providence region either. If you have any questions or problems, contact a representative in channel "CVA-Diplo".
