Hi there, I don't know if this issue has been posted or not, but the corporation panel has a bug; its not updating so that when people are offline, they are shown as offline. I've checked today, and dispite being the only member of my corp online, about 8 members were listed as online.

If your Eve client don't launch after the Dominion 1.0.2 patch ( dominion mini picture then... return to desktop instead of launching Eve in full screen ) you have to verify this : - check the pref.ini file in Users\Néwic\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility\settings ( I have Vista 32bits, but I am sure you can find this file une the user directory in XP ) - on the line [email protected], there must be some accent on the PC name => Replace the accentuated characters ( exemple : ÈVE => EVE ) - save the file - launch Eve & enjoy!! Still having issues with lockups using ATI card, installing the latest drivers hasnt helped, and the last patch also failed to change it.
Downgrading the texture quality from high - med, allows the game to run normally though, guess something in the high texture pack is kicking ati cards in thge nuts. Game is still playable, just looks crappy. |

Me and a few other carriers were defending our spot, naturally safe, meaning we launch and delegate fighters to the field beyond visibility, me and 1 other pilot delegated drones that arrived on the field, however, when recalling them, they decided they was gonna join the rogue drone forces..
We tried scanning for them, they just.. aint there, lost a total of like id say 14-15 fighters, and I just need to know if its just our drones just ****ed off at us, OR if its server wide
please help me figure out whats going on someone, this is a very expensive blow to us and we hadn't even seen combat yet |

Not sure if it's been reported or not, thread is at the TL;DR stage, but sometimes when you make a purchase on the market, be it a ship, or mineral, or module, sometimes you need to close the ships or item window, and reopen before the item will appear. |

#1 Every now and then when I've logged in since dominion 1.0 I've had to re-enter the password for one of my chat channels, it keeps coming back a few logins later, despite having "remember password" checked. This is the only pw protected channel, so I assume it's not an exception.
#2 I've blocked people, but I can still see their spam in local. Same when I block alliances or corps. Is this a bug? something I msised in the patch notes? or another of these stealthchanges you've sneaked in with dominion? |

Hi! Don't know, if it's already reported: I run Eve on Vista 64bit, Core Duo E8400, 8Gb Ram and an ATI Raedon 4870 512mb - since before Dominion this system could easily handle 5 instances of eve running at the same time - fullscreen mode - so i guess only one instance was rendered - system load was about 30 to 45 percent of available cpu time. Since Dominion ONE instance uses about 55 percent available cpu time - all the time - so two instances of eve use up to 100% - but are still playable. Three instances of eve result in sporadic frame drop from 60 to 5 und up again to 60 - witch makes the game unplayable. I hope this is not working as intended  Cu, Jalina |

hello, i have the problem with the splash screen, im clicking on the icon to start the game, the splashscreen appears for a few seconds and then its gone and nothing happens! I saw already some solutions in other messages, but those where for using a pc and im using a mac! Please help, im no good with computers in this regard! :) |

I'm experiencing the same issue. Didn't happen before the Dominion patch, but since it was deployed I've been kicked out multiple times both when docked in a busy system and when out in space as the only face in local. It sure adds an extra twist to flying in 0.0... I have no reason to believe the problem is at my end. |

You should scroll up and do what the TheRedTigress further up on this page did. Worked like a charm for me. :) |

Oh man, I'm so confused. I'm getting this exact same thingy. I try to start EVE, the new cool looking Dominion small pictures pops up, stays there for 3 secs and then it's gone. And everything seems like nothing happened. No matter how many times I try, nothing happens. Well, tried to do the "frenchy fix" on it but... I don't even have a file called pref.ini anywhere on my computer. Cool? Here's the story short. Dominion was launched, I updated the game and started it with no probs. Then yesterday I started EVE, it told that I need to update again. A small patch that updated it to 1.0.2. and ever since EVE has stopped working. I've uninstalled the game, installed it again and updated and all. And again, the last time I can get to the log in screen is just before that 1.0.2. patch. It tells me to update and here I am, again, asking for tips and advice. Anyone? Pleeease... |

I have a problem where whenever I log in into space, or undock, I get a 'ccp exefile has encountered a problem and needs to close'. However if I simply ignore this EVE is still running but with almost all rendered models gone, ships stations gates etc.
Does anyone know whats wrong and/or how to fix it?

Almost 2 weeks later and I still can't enter the game. There is a splash screen and before the login screen appears, the game crashes. The EventViewer complains about audio2.dll. The logserver has the last line as setting up audio dependencies. I have a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 Platinum card. I just bought a Diamond Xtreme Sound 5.1 and updated the drivers. Unfortunately, it's the same problem and I still can't even enter the game. |

You could try to search your harddrives for it, or have you already done that? Or are you using a mac aswell? Im not able to descrice the location of it any better then he did im afraid. Im using win7, maybe the file is somewhere else on other systems. |

Make sure your folder settings is set to show hidden files. Local Settings and Application Data are hidden system folders. Originally by: Amanda Mor

I'm trying to group my weapons, but every time I try to group more than 2 weapons together I get the "This module is in a group and proceeding with that action will clear the group. Are you sure you want to do that?" message. After clicking yes, it won't let me group them, instead it tells me that "there is already something in that location." Never had this problem before, any ideas? |

AFAIK, this is not a bug. This info do not renew immediately, but has some lag...and it is mentioned on screen...something like 'info updated every 5 minutes'. Originally by: Zendoren

Good news has received today info from Vivox - they are voice's part developers, as I understood - "The problem has been isolated and a fix will be released with the next patch! Please let us know after the patch if voice again works for you, or not." So, will be waiting? |
