Sitting here combing my extremely long and luxurious hair I wonder what hair care products other pod-pilots use.

Personally I tend to use Herbal Essences "Ignite my colour" shampoo and conditioners with acai berry and silk extracts, it keeps my colour nice and vibrant (I normally dye my hair a deep purple colour but currently it's yellow-orange at the tips transitioning through to a nice powerful red, a sort of subtle flame effect) but doesn't make it heavy.

What do you use on yours and why?
Oh! What sort of skincare products do you use also? (May as well ask while on that sort of subject)

I am a firm believer in natural oil.

i mean that mysterious stuff that seems to accumulate if you don't wash it for a month.

the smell of most shampoos make me ill.

I have a flaky scalp and most dandruff shampoo doesn't seem to work very well so I get my soap from Lush. Soak & Float shampoo bar is great and it's all natural ingredients. Cool

Braun beard trimmer with cord, you don't want to rely on a battery when trimming or you might be in for the cancer look once those give out midway through.

I don't use any hair products, I do use irish spring soap though.

As far as trimmers, I cut my own hair so clippers with the really really big plastic guard.

I am mostly using Redken Blonde Glam. It costs a lot but you don't need that much of it, plus that is smells really nice...

Just regular gel will do. When my head is freshly shaven (gotta look clean while in uniform) I don't usually use anything.
