I dont really want to make this post, but after being ignored for more than 2 months im fed up.

I ordered the EVE Strategic Maps - Edition 3 in august. They email me that the order has been shipped. Paypal says the money has been transferred - and more importantly, so does my bank.

I have not received any map yet (been more than 2 months now), and ive sent [email protected] several emails that have ALL gone unanswered. I have not even gotten a single email reply, aknowledging that they have gotten my emails. Just total silence.

So i want to know if im the only person they are ignoring completely or if anyone else have had similar problems. That and trying this from a more public angle so they might wake up and take some action. They have taken my money but have not delivered the goods. Thats unacceptable.

A valid point and one i thought about.

But considering the shop address is located in the US and i live in Europe, i might end up with a phonebill the size of what i already paid for the map (or more) - all depending on phonequeue, delays etc. All in all i dont want to spend more money on this.

I can come up with more reasons (like the fact they have an emailaddress that works for everyone else but them) but lets leave it at that.

I have not taken my time to actually check on this, so take it for what it is. Alot of companys don't ship outside of US/Canada, are you positive that your country is on the list of where they ship their products, if not you may have to ask for a refund.

Id suggest using the 3rd party forum search tool, the issue you're having has been bought up in numerious threads over the last FOUR years.

Most recently twice in the last month.

After constantly seeing these types of posts over the years, iv'e no problem with calling ccp black on this on, it's an absolute disgrace the way they ignore customers with missing and imcomplete orders after taking funding from accounts.

Yourself and the like should first report them to you're card company, then trading standards, watchdog authorities.

+1 Also, get a refund from your CC company for non-delivered goods.
CCP are still using the same ****ty service that this store gives out even after 4 years of issues with them.

I'm sure the staff at the store are laughing, if anyone works there anymore.

I live in Malaysia, South East Asia, and barely a month ago I ordered a pile of E-ON back issues from them. I've also bought stuff like model battleships, novel, mugs, etc.. they all arrived safely within a week, so the shipping destination wouldn't be the problem in the OP's case. I've never had to email them before though, so can't vouch for their communication, although I've never had any problems with the store.

I really just want what i paid for, but if i dont see something done soon, i will take your advice and complain to the right places. Its quite ridiculous really... I cant believe they will accept this poor customer service in CCP.

They actually have amazing customer support. Lengthy, but very good.
I had an account problem which I would rather not discuss, because I'm an idiot :P
And they fully refunded my stupidity even though they did not have too.
So try a different Email, Or even a petition, and they will most likely transfer it to the right department.

My suggestion, try another email, and give it 4-7 days. Only took me 3, but I they are most likely very busy.

I have had to deal with companies based in Atlanta myself and have had huge issues with them all the time. I have had tracked orders (sent via UPS and FEDEX) simply vanish in Atlanta never to be seen again (shipping companies claiming they left Atlanta but the packages never arrived at the next hub). Your not alone.

If I ordered a EON subscription am I supposed to get a FedEx tracking number when a new issue comes out?

I have a subscription starting from issue #16 and still don't have anything at all. The status for my order is "Completed"

Two e-mails to [email protected] (one yesterday, another one a month ago) are still unanswered 8(

I believe you are giving goonswarm too much credit there...

I must admit i find it abit disheartening to hear that there seem to be quite a few people out there experiencing absolutely abysmal service from the eve store. And i guess the end result is that i will have to contact my creditcard company and paypal and tell them that the eve shop is untrustworthy and takes your money without delivering the goods - leaving repeated emails go unanswered.

Not acceptable CCP.

CCP couldnt ship themselves a can of beans to keep from dying of starvation. It took them three months to get me my first EON issue even though it was published before I ever ordered it. Now Issue #17 is out and already in people hands all over the world except the United States. WTF? Oh and btw I love how according to the new emoticons it's no longer acceptable to be angry or mad.

Have not seen mine as well.
The last one if I remember came from Switzerland.
Just out of curiosity for those that have received EON #17, where was it shipped from ?

Thanks Hoshi & Strak Yogorn, that would explain why North America receives EON after Europe.
I didn't think EON was produced in the States considering it is Based on A4 paper size.

Sigh, just have to watch for the mail lady Smile
