Any WI pilot that has a non combat loss going forward will be required to submit an AAR (After Action Report) to the commander (Tomcat).
If you lose a ship ratting, moving without a scout, or in any other non combat manner.. the following actions will be taken.
The pilot will submit his lossmail link along with his report to the Commander via FORUM PM. No other method will be accepted.
AAR's should include all Interrogative information such as where, how, what went wrong, ect.
The AAR must be submitted within 36 hours of timestamp on lossmail. Unsubmitted AAR's and continued losses will be discussed between the Commander and pilots Corporation CEO.
Any corporation found to have more than 5 (that means 6+) AAR's in a 14 day period will immediately be subject to being addressed by the High Command.
The comedy losses stop here gentlemen.

Taking steps to reduce non combat losses is surely a terrible thing... my god!
Bringing a sense of accountability to the pilots and their corporations only stands to reduce losses saving not only the pilot isk in the long run, but also making pilots more aware of their surroundings under wardecs and money making activities.
In short, the OP is terrible, ori16 is still not relevant, and together you are both morons.

lol. I support WI. They reminded me of FREGE before FREGE went full ******. At least WI has good leadership with Tomcat in charge unlike most you other wanna-be caod ***gots. Policing your corps isn't a bad idea.
But the very possibility that any competent 0.0 pilot could get ganked under questionable circumstances more than 5 times in a 2 week period is just...LOL
And the fact that it's happening enough to require that type of post, should concern any 0.0 alliance.

The only time you would ever care about that is if your k/d ratio was important to you and tbh thats pretty dumb. This over draconian posturing detracts from the fun that is supposed to be within these organisations and is hardly going to be a good tool for member retention and recruitment.
