Hello there Everyone,

Been running missions for a while, level 3's/4's, but thought I'd ask you more knowledgeable people a couple of questions that have been bothering me.

1) When you get a storyline agent, what decides which storyline agent you get? Is it simply the nearest storyline agent, is it the nearest storyline agent of the same faction (Eg Amarr) of the corp you were running missions for, or is there something else?

2) How is it worked out when a storyline missions comes up? Is it after 16 missions with a specific corp, a combination of 16 missions with ANY corps, or is it a random number that averages out at 16?

3) storyline agents have different "level" missions, ive worked that out. The rewards they offer depend roughly on what level missions you were running before. Is it possible to do 15 level 1's, then a level 4 and get a good storyline mission, or does it do it based on the average level of missions you were running when the storyline was given?

Thank you for all the advice and help in advance!

I'm going to answer your questions in a slightly different order than you asked them, so please bear with me!

You are offered a storyline mission when you have completed 16 missions for the same faction at the same level. The missions do not need to be for the same corporation, just the same faction.

You get a level 1 storyline mission when you have completed 16 level 1 missions, a level 2 storyline when you have completed 16 level 2 missions, etc. If you do 15 level 1 missions (for the same faction) then a level 4 mission (still for the same faction) you will not get a storyline mission. You will need to do 1 more level 1 mission (in which case you would get a level 1 storyline) or 15 more level 4 missions to get a level 4 storyline.

It is the nearest storyline agent of the faction for which you have run the 16 missions. If you run 16 more missions before accepting the storyline mission you will still be offered another storyline mission, but this will be from the next nearest storyline agent. You can stack up as many storyline missions as the faction has storyline agents.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Arrs
