I've only lost a covert ops to a single interdictor due to drunkenness..
I couldn't figure out why I wasn't burning out of the bubble while I was clicking the warp-to button - double checked my mwd was on - tried cloaking....
quite humiliating.
it was embarasing because just previously I'd managed to jump into the system and evade their gate bubbles and inties and warp off..... |

Not to long ago I was on a bottle of Jack Daniels and flying around low sec in my Deimos when I jumped to highsec unknowingly ( needs warning ) and got excited when I saw a Hulk and a hauler on scan. Warped to the belt and began to lay waste to the Hulk. Popped him and started on the hauler when I went pop. The hauler was on fire when I saw all the white plusses flying around me and the WTF in local. It was a .5
NERF CONCORD. And we need messages about hopping into high sec like carebears get for hopping into low sec. |

Opened fire on the first Hulk and put a scram on him, put my disrupter on the Orca and POP, goodbye Pilgrim. In my drunken state I thought 'Man those Orca's got UBER powerful!!' The worst thing is I have been in hundreds of fleets where it might have helped the crappy SOBER FC to do a better job if he was totaly fit shaced! |
