i see there is an option when creating fittings within eft to get the price for the entire ship (if you have prices set)

is there a way to import prices from like...eve central?

or something similar perhaps?

how did you manage to get your eft to do that? mine just has the price for every module and every ship set to 0?

right click the module, show module info, doubleclick the price, tick the "query from web" box, click the update button.

Or let it automatically update prices in the preferences.
