Hi,

i just want to ask if my alts need to have the "Social" skill if i fly lvl4s with this char and they are in fleet to get standing.
And what is with transport missions, do they have to be in the target system too?

They do not need to have any skill, or even be in the same solar system.
As long as they are in fleet when you turn in the mission, they can sit docked in a station in the other side of Eve.

Having the social skills sure helps grind their standings faster: more increase per level. I am not 100% sure if it also applies to shared standings from one of your fleet mates completing a mission, but I assume it does.
Also, social 3 leads to connections, which is very helpful: a 4% / level increase in standings.

The skills of the character who completes the mission are the only skills that matter.

Is this true? I thought it has to be the same solar system when you complete the mission?!

It is true for mission reward (ISK), LP and standing. If you want your share of the bounties, you need to be on the same grid.

Along the same line, do you share the total reward of corp standing increase when you have your alt fleeted, or do you each get the same amount you would if only one was in fleet?

Can the alt be in a different solar system and still gain sec status from kills also?

The corp standing increase is always divided between the fleet members.

It looks split to me, but you get large amounts of standing gain when you do a shared L3 or an L4 with no corp standing anyway. I think it was 3 L4s from 0 to 1.0 for me, and your agent standing increases even faster. if you grind your alt from the best agent, your alt will probably get access to that agent at about 4 - 4.5 corp standing due to personal standing with the agent.

Only the guy who killed the rat gets any sec status increase even if the fleet members are in the same grid.

for the fastest grind you need to be in the same system tho

A wants the standing but can't fly ****
B is the combat pilot

A+B are in fleet A squad commander

A accepts mission, Fleets flies to the system, A does a squadwarp to the deadspace but cancels warp and flies back to the agent. B completes the mission. A turns mission in and doesn't share standings.
